I recently bought my house and hired Mike in January to assess my french drain and install/fix what would be necessary to repair any flooding issues around the house. He and his team were very honest, showing me exactly what was wrong along the way. They were able to finish the job in just a few hours and properly cleaned up my property. You couldn't even tell work had been done after they left! We have had a few major rain storms since and I have not seen any signs of flooding or leakage, thus far. I would highly recommend Mike and his team at Guru!!! Very knowledgeable and extremely reasonable with price!

Parents had some crawl space issues! Wires were hanging down, there was a plugged in sub-pump connected to a hose leading out the street, and debris was everywhere. The crawl space needed to be cleaned and encapsulated. Mike sent out his New G.M. to inspect the situation and advised me that once an electrician fixed the electrical we could proceed. Within three days of the electric being done Trevor, the new GM brought his crew in to clear out the debris, install a dedicated sub pump direct to the electric and they tied the drain to the outside gutter to drain directly into the street. The crawlspace was completely encapsulated. Very satisfied with the work of this team which worked fast, friendly, and professional. Trevor was on-sight to ensure all work was completed correctly! I would recommend this outfit to get the job...well done.

We had french drains installed, a sump pump replaced, a sump pump removed, and mold remediation earlier in February. It's now August and we are 100% happy that we have not had any water enter our basement again and would recommend to everyone. Mike was very good at communicating, did not feel pushy like a salseman, and delievered what was promised. He gave us his recommendations, which were similar to 3 other companies we received quotes from, but with the best price of all quotes. The installation was done in one day and we had no problems. These french drains meet our needs for our unfinished basement that we use for storage.

Long story short... check the work!Today is 8/30, the work was done 6/21. He doesnt do the work, he comes with a crew, only one speaks English and barely, he tells them what to do and leaves. When we talked he and others said a drainage line could not be run in the back yard because there was a negative pitch, to my suprise thats where he ran the line which is why water stays in the catch basin. It takes 5 minutes for the water from a hose to reach the street.He said he pitched it 1 inch down every 10 ft and buried the pipe 4 ft deep at the end for the pitch. I had another professional here saying water siiting on the catch basin says everything. Well I dug it up to see. Not only was the pipe only 1 ft deep but the pitch was higher not lower. In addition he didnt use drainage stone around anything. He said you dont need it, its a solid pipe. I showed him pics of the pipe showing drainage holes and he still says its a solid pipe. It should have been solid but he put the solid one on the side the french drain should be. The cloth around the pipe was not wrapped around the bottom in alot of areas. This is still unresolved. He move my pool line to drain into the new line put in so when I drained the excess water from the pool the new line couldnt handle it and it floodedy yard. He just fixed that. I was charged for stone never used. This is an unresolved nightmare!

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. We have a finished basement, however, over the years we noticed after heavy storms that we would have a pooling of water by the back door that continued to trickle throughout the basement. Mike and his crew came out and were able to explain what was happening and explained the options I had to fix the issue. He also spoke to me about pricing so that there were no surprises in the end. Based on his recommendation, we put in a french drain, and since, we have had no issues.
