Ramone & Kenford did an excellent job drying and removing damaged materials from our basement after a pipe burst and flooded the entire area. They were polite and extremely respectful to our property. They did daily humidity checks and also made sure they didn't throw anything out that could be salvaged without asking us first. I would highly recommend them both. Maybe one of the best things was that they SMILED, despite the hard work they were doing in uncomfortable heat. It is so difficult to find people who smile. That was very refreshing.
