★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had our basement “waterproofed” a year ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. The initial sales team is good, knowledgeable, and professional. So is Beth, who works in the office and does most of the communication. We have had to call them out to have work done consistently over the last year and we still have a basement that floods every time it rains. They do minor adjustments here and there but never fix the problem. Someone different comes out every time and tells us something about the work that was done last time being done incorrectly. Honestly, I don’t care who did what, I just care that we spent 23,000 dollars for a basement that is still completely unusable a year later.Today was the final straw though. Randomly, on a sunny 70 degree day, the sump pump began to ring. No, not every 15 seconds. A consistent, continuously ringing that has so far lasted 12 hours and shows no sign of stopping. This ringing can be heard throughout the entire home. We called Everdry and were informed that they don’t work on the weekends. We told them that this had never happened before but, considering the fact that we just had to have a work team out here this week, that perhaps they hit something or messed something up. Again. We tried everything on our own to fix the problem and now have a completely unplugged from everything sump pump just ringing away in our basement, despite having no power (yes, we obviously checked to make sure it had power initially). If you ever wanted to sympathize with what it feels like to live with tinnitus, may I suggest Everdry? It's already been a long weekend and we have only made it through 12 hours...If I could go back in time and not use Everdry we absolutely would. We are out 23,000 dollars, don’t have a functional basement (even just for storage), and every time they come out and do work something ends up broken- I won’t go into what happened the first time they did some repair work and blew out the fuses on our HVAC by plugging their jackhammer directly into it…).I attached pictures of what our basement looks like whenever it rains just a little (Hurricane Helene flooded the whole thing).
Mar 01, 2025 · Amelia S.Finding out you have water intrusion into your home is one of the worst things to discover as a home owner. Days before the July 4th weekend, I discovered water had made it through my foundation wall and into my basement. My first call was to a mold remediation company, and my second was to Everdry Atlanta.I first spoke with Sakinah. She was so kind, polite, and professional. I'm sure she could tell I was having a hard time, and she was very pleasant and comforting. We even had a few laughs together. She walked me through the next steps, answered all my questions, and made me feel reassured. As the first person I interacted with, she set the tone for the rest of the process.I next met the inspector. Isaac was very kind, polite, and professional. He inspected the basement, crawlspace, and exterior of the home taking many pictures and various measurements. After completing his write up, he sat with me in the living room. He first taught me how water pressure works, can come into the home, and the damage it can do. He was calm, patient, and soothing to talk with. Once he made it clear how bad my situation was, I was overwhelmed - the damage was extensive, and the cost to remediate properly was a lot, but was inline with what I was expecting. We worked together on choosing the right solution, and I agreed to proceed.Isaac took an interest in my unusual home audio setup, and we discussed our shared love of classical music, music reproduction, and the importance of music in our own lives. I don't think he realized it at the time, but this extra time he spent with me really helped me to calm down, accept the reality of what I was about to go through, and just made everything seem ok. I could not have had a more perfect person deliver the bad news. After the mold remediation was complete and more drywall was removed, additional issues were discovered. Isaac came out a second time to re-inspect, and some additional work was needed. Again, he explained everything and spent some extra time with me discussing our shared interests. I do want to give Isaac a special shout-out. He was the shining light in all of this, and I'm happy to have met him. He's the kind of person I'd always welcome into my home and, at this point, would consider him a friend. (Isaac: Do you need help selecting home hi-fi equipment? Let me know!)I was able to get on the short-notice list, and work started before the original start date, which was a relief. I then met James, Philip, and the crew that would be doing the waterproofing. Again, everyone was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. James and Philip walked me through the process, communicated often as to their arrival and departure times, progress, and brought up any issues I needed to make a decision about. The work was completed on time, they cleaned up well, and walked me through all of the work they did. I understand my crawlspace was particularly difficult to work in, and I am eternally grateful that James, Philip, and the crew persevered, and came up with creative solutions to get the job done.I also had many phone calls with Beth and Nikki throughout this process. They were also very polite, professional, helpful, and kind. They put up with my numerous questions, and always had an answer for me. I find it very unusual to work with a company where everyone I interact with is so amazing. I think everyone deserves a raise! If it isn't clear by now, I'm very happy with the work and all the interactions I've had with everyone at Everdry Atlanta. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They exceeded my expectations in every way. A+
Aug 03, 2025 · AndrewI called Everdry for a free inspection and I was impressed with the guys that showed up. They were punctual , knowledgeable and honest. I was told there were no structural issues and told me what to do for the mold.
Jul 18, 2025 · Haley Shahan2025March27EverDry installed their Waterproofing System throughout my crawlspace in 2022. I am pleased with the system and the installation work. EverDry technicians and office personnel are 100% focused on customer satisfaction. My EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION experience is this: I noticed immediate improvement in the air quality in the basement after the EverDry install. Except when summer arrived. During hot & humid months, I was struggling with a musty smell coming from the crawl space into the basement. This continued even after I placed a dehumidifier in the basement. Had a few EverDry techs out to check the system and make sure all was working properly. The system check showed everything was working fine. My 3rd request for a technician visit was escalated and I got a visit from THE BEST TECH GUY EVER. JAY checked the system. He listened to my concern. He looked at the EverDry system/ the crawl space/ the basement. He considered the whole picture. He said that it was time to try an outside the box solution. His solution included a change in location for the air filter unit and a vent installation in the basement stairs. His solution worked like a charm. Within 24 hours the musty smell was gone. Appreciate EverDry continuing to respond until I was satisfied. MANY THANKS and KUDOS to JAY … EverDry’s BEST TECH GUY EVER!
Apr 06, 2025 · Joy VibeUpdate! The technician did come out, but didn't do anything about water leaks (except put lots of caulking on the wall) and told me to wait for the next rain!!!! I never had that much of water in that area, so I dug up the area where I had downspout from the gutter. I found out the one pipe is not properly connected!!!!! How the waterproofing company's technician can't think of the problem that I can simply guess. If you guys want to spend $23,000 to have more water in your basement, this company is perfect for you guys!We installed their system this month, and we already have huge water leaks in our basement. I tried to contact the technician, but no one is answering since yesterday. I spent $23,000 for their system, and I really regret it. Please avoid this company!!!!
