I used this company in December when I came home to a leaky roof in my bedroom . They came and put duct tape over the huge hole they created and never came back. I followed up numerous times and 6 months later, NOTHING! To think they even had me open a claim with my home owners insurance! Below are the duct tape and when I finally took down the duct tape 6 months later after not hearing from them .

I rarely feel compelled to leave a Google review, but these guys really deserve 5 stars. I had a flood and damages in my home and my insurance company set me up with DRI. Right from the beginning I was impressed. Jennifer was the initial contact and scheduled me and was extremely helpful. My wonderful adjuster Samantha came and spent the time needed to make me feel comfortable. Her knowledge and experience was excellent and only surpassed by her glowing personality and true warmth as a human being. Greg was there the day work started and he treated me like a friend, I could tell he really cared about my experience and he went well above and beyond my expectations. The work performed by Aguinaldo, Francisco, and Edgar was premium craftsmanship and I am super grateful to the entire team. Sometimes people actually treat you better than expected and this was a case of just that for me. Pure trust and confidence all the way around! Bravo !

We had a pipe burst in the kitchenette above our garage during a cold snap in February. The entire unit flooded and drained water though the floor and into the garage below.We called our insurance company (USAA) who dispatched Advanced Dri for remediation and repair.Advanced Dri did a great job at first and got all the affected drywall and flooring removed. They also did a good job fixing up the ceiling in the garage and started work on installing the flooring. Then they just stopped showing up. All calls to the project manager Cam were unanswered and his voice mailbox was full every time I called. In July, I finally called the Advanced Dri headquarters and talked to Valerie who told me that they had been trying to reach me multiple, but got no answer, but neither I or my wife had any missed calls from them, nor did we have any voicemails, but she said she would talk to Cam and they would have someone out to our home in the next week.They sent someone out the next week to finish the flooring which was great, but after the flooring was done, they disappeared again.Finally in September a full 7 months after the initial incident I called Valerie again after failing to get a hold of Cam again (voicemail box still full) and told her that if I didn't hear from Cam to finish the rest of the work soon, I was going to call USAA and see if I could get another contractor to finish the job. Another week passed and still no response from Cam, so I called USAA who cancelled the outstanding $26K check that Advanced Dri was paid for the work and now have to find my own contractors to finish the job.In addition, they left a scaffold and a bunch of tools in my home, which I told Valerie I would sell if they didn't come pick them up in a week. They came the next day.Other issues with my project.1) Advanced Dri tore out the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity and threw them away, which was fine, but not in the initial estimate. In addition, they took my granite kitchen countertops and the marble bathroom vanity top, which they weren't supposed to do. I now have to put in an addition request to USAA to replace those.2) They ordered 2x the amount of hard wood required to redo the flooring in the apartment. Not sure what the story is there, but it seems super shady.3) I had a couple of contractors come out and give estimates to finish the work that Advanced Dri started and each gave me an estimate 20K under what the estimate that Advanced Dri sent to USAA.I'm not sure what's going on with that company, but it's amazing to me that they are still in business if they treat their customers this way.I am attaching photos of the unit 7 months after the incident in the exact state Advanced Dri left it.Edit: Update to this review. Advanced Dri is now threatening to sue me for non-payment for work that they did not perform including sanding and staining of the flooring seen in the pictures that is engineered hardwood and resetting the cabinets and countertops that they stole. Super shady business here. Stay away.

In May of 2025, my house experienced water damage which required mitigation and remodeling of the kitchen floor and a new ceiling/floor for the lower level. ADRI was paired with my insurance as a preferred contractor and they absolutely live up to their reputation. They were responsive, sensitive, and timely in everything that needed to be done; in addition, they handled all the negotiating with my insurance company which took that stressful aspect right out of my hand. They also managed to keep the project completely within scope of the coverage. I would happily refer them as a contractor of choice for any immediate home disaster incidents.
