★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nicholas Marchase - Review for service representative and estimate process.Nicholas did an excellent job during my estimate process, he was courteous and understanding of my schedule and was willing to work around some conflicts. The process to review the issue was thorough and afforded me the opportunity to really understand what was happening to my wall in my garage. I am grateful he was able to help me get an estimate together and to work through the process to get ready to make a decision. No work has been performed and this is strictly to help drive the understanding of what an estimate process can look like.
Sep 28, 2025 · Ryan StaatsAVOID THIS COMPANY AND READAlso from watching reviews the past year, I gurantee most of the 5 stars are fake. If you read them and the owner response, they are basically all identical with slight variations. Go back about a year and you can see when the reviews change also.Edit1 Work is done but not. They finished the job with multiple concerns which Luke should be handling. Waiting for a call back to know when it will be fixed. The actual supports they put in are good to go.1- used the wrong size joist hangers on all the joists so they are floating 1 in above the hangers and only nails are holding them in. One joist got the entire bottom split off from the nail because they used the wrong joist hanger. Another joist wasnt even nailed in up and down and is twisted. Was told by workers they used them because the correct part was special order through lowes and they didnt have them in stock in store, which isnt a good reason.2 - They did not screw the boards together on both sides that they used to create my new main beam.3 - : There is no support on any of the cross sections of main beams now. There was plates on the old supports and they just removed them and didn't replace them which can allow sag on the end of every main beam now. Will say that for 18k, you wouldn't think I would have to be the one identifying these issues. Also, they tacked on 2.2k to the cost because they had to dig holes.Ed2: It took about a month and a half of calling but they finally got someone out to fix it. I was given the run around by nick and luke whenever I was calling. On the 6th week, a woman called me mentioning I hadn't signed something for them to pull the loan. I explained the situation to her and said I wasn't signing anything until the job was fixed. Literally 3 minutes of getting off the phone with her, Nick calls me with a date just 4 days away which I was all for because I was already over getting the run around. The job was fixed and they daughter boarded the split joist and also corrected all the wrong joist hangers. They still used the wrong joist size for the daughter board they installed but I'm not trying to deal with this issue anymore since 95% of everything is good now.4/16/2025: Nick had called me and asked my favorite restaraunt. So just to see what would happen I had told him where I work which is a restaraunt. I told them I was unhappy with how the whole situation had went down and how I was given the run around. I also explained that their add on charge was excessive and not right in the slightest. The next day he gave me $200 in gift cards to a place I already work at and get free food everyday. A slap in my face after telling them my biggest issue is with their tacked on $2200 for diggings holes AFTER Luke had told me I wouldnt have anything covering my floorsHe gave alot of excuses and two big points were these. I mentioned how they pounded out the concrete instead of using a saw (using a jackhammer can lead to cracks in the concrete not being removed, a saw wont). His reasoning was osha and the dust in the air. Well I had to use a saw a week prior and both the saw and jackhammer lead to concrete dust everywhere in the basment so OSHA is just a bull excuse. Then Nick confirmed I was right about the run around. I had called Luke (inspector) for an itemized list earlier in this when things were going south and he told me "Ill get back with you". When I told Nick this, he told me they dont use itemized receipts confirming Luke lied to me and they were giving me the run around. Nick also tried getting me to change my review, but I cant be bought. Do better work if you want good reviews.Just know that if they make a mistake, you will be given the run around when it comes to having them come back out. The only reason this was corrected was because they couldn't get my money unless I signed something.
Aug 29, 2025 · Nicholas SchmidtDug a trench under our side walk and did not backfill properly. Our sidewalk and part of the porch is now caving in. Contacted several times. A technician was sent out and we have heard nothing. The condition of porch and sidewalk is deteriorating. Bad, bad customer service. We are now in process of suing them.
Jun 10, 2025 · Lynn TaylorHighly recommend against this company. We hired acculevel to fix a problem where water was coming into a room in our house. We paid almost $5,000 for work that did not fix our issue. (Which is a lot of money for two disabled veterans) When we told them that we were still having the issue and they sent someone back out, they saw the actual issue and told my husband how to fix it rather than offering to fix the issue themselves or any sort of refund. Would never use again.
Sep 25, 2025 · Taylor CotrellIf I could give NEGATIVE -5 stars I would, for $10,000.00 you would think it would be done correctly. We have had nothing but problems with this install.1. Got everything finished and flooded within 3 days, I mean pouring out the wall and over the so called water barrier. They had busted a pipe that was capped off instead capping it back off , they just filled it with gravel and poured premix mortar over it.2. The return trip they tried just packing the hole with premix mortar and it failed, water still coming out ( once again flooding the basement ). Finally they had to bust it up and fix it correctly.3. Sump pump pipe came undone once again flooding the basement, the sump pump was making a weird sound and smoking ( supposedly the best pump on the market from what Curtis says ) . We was told to unplug it, we said what about are basement flooding with rising water and our furnace is down there. The operator said you can buy a new sump pump or use a wet vac. I highly recommend not using this company. They don’t have any emergency tech/techs, the operator stated. The earliest they can have someone at our house is Thursday, and it’s only Monday.
