Performed a bathroom water leak remediation. Left the bathroom unusable for more than a week and when they left permanently, they left refused to clean up the chemicals they sprayed over the entire room, leaving an insufferable toxic chemical smell that permeated the entire house for weeks. They claimed its not their job to clean up their own antifungal chemical mess.

Within 45 minutes of an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon, 911 Restoration were at my house and in full work mode. Vlad and his crew’s quick action and professionalism helped my family and I realize that this was just a problem, and not a catastrophe. Their complete transparency and constant communication added to the trust that I placed in them. I wouldn’t wish a flooded house on anyone, but if it does happen, calling this company will let you focus on the rebuild as opposed to the cleanup.

I had a really horrible experience with this company and would not recommend anyone work with them. When they did a sewage clean up at my house they assured me insurance would cover it and that I should do as much damage control as possible...well my bill ended up being ~$9,400 when I learned that insurance would not cover it. They sent me an invoice but I was 9 months pregnant and went into labor followed by a subsequent hospitalization. When my health improved, I saw that I had received a second email/invoice in my inbox. I replied that I would put the check in the mail that day and apologized for the lateness. They said they had already involved lawyers and now requested ~$5,000 additional dollars in "legal fees." I was shocked - I had received only two emails total, zero phone calls, and as far as I knew no legal processes had even begun yet. Anyway, long story short, my experience with this company was really awful and while I understand that I should have paid the bill right away, using fear-tactics and aggressive out-of-state lawyers to scare new moms who are more than willing to pay a reasonable late fee seems pretty like horrendous customer service (and a total lack of humanity).

I called 911 Restoration about mold removal in my kitchen. Vlad came out right away and assessed the area. We talked with Vlad and got a good understanding of how the remediation process works. The day after meeting with us, we accepted his written proposal and the job started and ended as stated. Vlad was there for all stages of the job which was greatly appreciated. Also, we felt that the price was fair. I definitely recommend 911 Restoration and would not hesitate to call on Vlad again!

We had a water leak on the garage ceiling and Vlad came out quickly to assess the situation. He scheduled for a part of the interior wall to be accessed and assessment of the area to be done on the laundry room 2nd floor. It was determined our shower valve were leaking. We had our shower valve replacement through a different vendor recommended by Vlad. Once that was complete, Vlad got his guys back out quickly to complete the water remediation. The process was very smooth from start to finish. They were also able to install 3 fans and dehydrators to make sure the water dries up. His crews are very efficient and professional. It took them 3 days but they were fast and always on time. We had a very good experience with this company, he even refer us a good drywall service from another vendor. Plus, he documented everything and send us a detailed report so we can deal with our insurance. We highly recommend them, and thank you again to Vlad and his crew!
