But I've been shouting out good kudos to the world through Google reviews for over 10 years.This one stung and I'll tell you why, then you can decide if you want to use them or not.My 71 yr old mother & I hear water running inside the house on a Sunday afternoon (2 year old home), we find water coming out of her smoke detector & ceiling fan in her front room like a hose. Immediately I Google emergency clean up & restoration, and end up calling here. No problem, they'll come right out (the water nearly stops before they even arrive) and they'll restore it good as new in no time.Monday morning supposed to be here to go through everything, but canceled (the first of many many many canceled, no show, excuses, no show, excuses). Tuesday they arrive, advise it's due to ice-damming, collect $2,000 deductible & begin to restore half a bedroom (no carpet replacement, no roof repair) just internal restoration.We called the 26th of January, they physically spent 9 days in my Mother's home (3-5 hours avg a day), and it wasn't until Feb 21st when they said they were done.By done I mean; wrong color paint was used, half the wall was a completely different shade of grey. The tape used pulled some of the original paint off the walls, grey paint got on the white ceiling, sheet rock is not fished correctly so there's gouges in the ceiling. One of the drapery brackets is completely missing, no texture on the ceiling, sheet rock mudd from their shoes was all over the carpet, and on the floors going to the restroom.We began contacting them about the issues mentioned here just 3 days after they announced the job complete. Initially we were ghosted; it took several conversations with the office manager (whom I believe is the head contractors wife) to finally get him to return. March 12th he arrives (6 weeks after the incident now), my Mother explains the issues & says she researched the labor time to restore a room & google said it could take up to 5 days.I work in the basement & suddenly hear a man yelling and a door slam. I come upstairs immediately because my mother only weighs 110 lbs at most & I knew the contractor was supposed to be here. Mom is shaking & crying, saying she was explaining what needed fixed & that she was frustrated it had been taking so long. She said he yelled and got belligerent with her, walked out of the house & said, 'Have Google do it for you then.' He drove away paid in full, never returning to finish the job! So here's my Mom sitting in a 2 year old home that she hopes to be her last; her front room looks like an unfinished project & she has no savings because it went towards her deductible.We got an estimate to have the painting finish, but could not afford it after just paying $2,000 to this place. We are now repainting it ourselves as we speak. Keep in mind, it's been nearly 5 months since we first heard the water.

The perk of the blue light system, that cost hundreds of dollars, was we got lifetime free air duct cleanings.We had 2 more air duct cleanings since that went well.Last year I booked a cleaning and had a no call no show. They apologized and rescheduled, for a second no call no show.I tried one last time this last month to book an air duct cleaning. I called many multiple times throughout different times of day, left messages, and no response. Sent emails, texts, and used the contact service through their website. All no response.Even though I have paid already for an air duct cleaning, I will spend money elsewhere for a different company.

The guy who came to give me an estimate was nice and thorough. The tech who did the work was also helpful and thorough. However, I will not recommend this company because the workers both arrived without masks. I answered my door in and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I would suggest this company instruct their staff to read the room. I kept my distance and did not confront them because I've had enough confrontation over this and being the only one home, could practice my own safety protocols. But, if I answer the door in a mask, offer to put one on. Period.
