I went down to the basement 2 hours later to find our basement door to the outside completely open!!! (He had been going in and out of that door to do his maintenance). Not only that, but he didn't put either drain cover back on leaving a very dangerous situation for our small child.There was mud all over the wall and splatted all over our guest bed from when he was drilling. If he had communicated to us before drilling we could have easily moved the guest bed out of the room our covered it with a tarp. I understand that maybe he didn't realize it was going to cause a mess, but he should have given us a heads up once it did. He left the mud splatter from the drilling all over the wall, instead of wiping it off. The mud on the floor in the photos is from the original flood, not from his drilling, so I was fine with cleaning that up.Tom Plumber did reach out to me after leaving my original 2 star review. I've changed it to 4 stars because this has been our only bad experience with them.

Can’t thank these guys, and specifically Manny, enough. Professional through and through. Manny got here within 2 hours of the call, and was in and out in an hour! The install looks amazing! He was polite, professional and personable. Thanks so much, Manny!

Austin and Max did a phenomenal job diagnosing a major leak in our yard. They were professional and kind, took the time to explain where the leak was and what steps will need to be taken next. Anytime we have any plumbing needs, we call them first as they always do great work. Oh…and the pink plunger is cute too!

Amazing work across the board. I originally reached out to them through Home Depot, got an estimate and review for the replacement of my water heater. They were very honest and knowledgeable in all of the questions and requests I had. There was some delay before we went through with the replacement, and in that time they were no longer with Home Depot. I went through another plumber because of this, and was dissatisfied for a few reasons. I felt like they were attempting to up-sell me, they had to reschedule 4 times, and they were unreachable directly for updates, questions or concerns. This had me circle back to 1-Tom-Plumber to have them complete this replacement. They were in and out very quickly the following day. Professional, reliable, and honest.Thank you!
