Response to Wright:See contract in image. It states "this construction service agreement is entered into, by and between, Wright Restoration Services, Inc. (the contractor) and "customer"...The contract DID NOT state "old or new management team" per your claim.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**Imagine this:Your house caught on fire and after many restoration company consideration, you hired Wright Restoration Services to rebuild and restore your home based on adjuster estimates. You have been working with the insurance company to release funds to pay Wright Restoration as agreed upon. One year goes by and new names start popping up on your communications, then suddenly you're being told, "We bought the company 3 months ago...We no longer have the capacity to proceed with this project. This matter is with the previous owner. I am the new owner doing business as Wright Restoration Services and have no involvement in the Lor project."As a homeowner, do you care who bought who? All you care about is rebuilding your home back per the contract signed, right?!Now, imagine this:You paid IN FULL with the insurance money that was released to Wright Restoration for demolition and treatment of the house BEFORE the new owner told you that they will be pulling out of the project!So now, you get a house tour of the project just to see what the project's status is at that point and it's with the adjuster from the insurance company, the borough's inspector, the borough's zoning officer, and a very reputable local contractor. Every single one of these subject matter experts agreed that:1. Wright Restoration Services did NOT complete what was agreed on and paid for by the insurance company,2. Some areas of the demo is deemed NOT safe,3. Wright Restoration Services BREACHED CONTRACT!See pictures from the house tour.Now, you go to the previous owner, Craige only to find out that he is off grid and "only comes to town once per month to check mails/emails."Then, you finally hear a response from Craige but he is claiming that all demolition up to this point has been completed line by line but he does agree that there are items that WERE NOT COMPLETED, and asked to come back to finish it.At this point, you already found a new and reputable contractor to rebuild your home. They refuse to work with Wright Restoration because it's too risky for their team! If Wright Restoration were to come back and tidy up those incomplete projects around the house that adds up to $70K, and something were to go wrong, team members would be pointing fingers at each other and chaos would ensued. So you don't allow Wright Restoration to come back but asked to refund the disputed amount of $70K. Wright Restoration REFUSED to make any refunds! To this day, you have not received one penny back.We hope that this post will help you in your decision making with Wright Restoration. In my opinion, they may have a perfect 5 star, but behind the scenes, it's all business for them. They will do the bare minimum and will run with your money, literally! If you do not know what you are doing, like us, they will take FULL ADVANTAGE of you!! And they will OVER CHARGE you!!By the way, this house was my mother's who doesn't speak English, is old and retired, and has renal failure disease. She was displaced for almost 2 years before she got back in her home. Wright Restoration left her with an unhabitable home!!She doesn't have the money to fight Wright Restoration in a legal battle!Good luck, everyone and be very cautious of this organization!

Earlier this year I hired Wright restorations to remediate a mold issue inmy attic. Their work was outstanding. Their technicians were veryprofessional and communicated effectively, answered thoroughly all ourquestion and gave us a status update at the end of every day. Also, theyorchestrated the activities of all the other contractors ( flooring,roofing etc) that were part of the project, gave them periodic statusupdates and timely heads up in the event of schedule changes. In short,they did everything they could to make it easy for us. I had an independentexpert check the quality of their work. They passed inspection with flyingcolors.I can recommend without hesitation the services of Wright restorations. Ifyou are looking for an effective, honest and dependable contractor, Wrightrestoration is a superb choice.

Highly recommend! I’m a GC in the city and one of my clients had a mold issue that Wright helped handle in a timely fashion. The guys in site were VERY clean, professional and nice to work with. Between the office and the guys on site, all of my concerns and questions were answered immediately and they even finished our schedule early. I will definitely love work with Wrist Restoration Services again if needed.

Negative review because of promises that caused the loss of hope, destroyed a family, stole time I can’t get back, took advantage of the elderly who could barely speak English, started the beginning of my homeless experience, showed no remorse, understanding, or care during and after the fact. This review reflects the negligence of the previous owners to the new owners and how easily families in distress can be taken advantage of and then attacked after leaving their reviews to warn others.Another negative revealed for their responses to my family’s reviews. They have sent cease and desist letters to attempt to silence our experience with Wright Restoration instead of trying to understand our experience.My experience and research reviewed that Wright Restoration might be only good at restoring parts of homes and not an entire home. (Tried and failed which prompted this review)My personal experience that originated from my first encounter with Wright Restoration, summarized:I was first approached by Wright Restoration between March and April of 2023 and after much consideration my sister settled with them because of their great reviews. The fire caused my girlfriend and I to live with a bag of clothes jumping from one family member’s house to the next while my parents were able to find a more permanent place to live with their bags of clothes.The following months I would receive updates of deadlines given by Wright Restoration that weren’t met and discussion of how much it would cost in order to gut the house and then more discussion of how much it would cost to “START” the rebuild. It was a nightmare of poor planning.Roughly, towards the end of 2023 - March of 2024, Still hopping houses and now receiving updates of the stress level my sister was having because Wright Restoration were getting new owners which wasn’t discussed with us before signing the contract. Details can be found in my brother’s and sister’s review of Wright Restoration.December of 2024, Heck Construction was able to finish the house but by this time Wright Restoration already caused a lot of internal family stress and damage which I’m keeping it out to keep this professional.December 2024 - March of 2025, my girlfriend and I are no longer able to move back in because of the stress and damage caused during the time having to deal with Wright Restoration. I’m still homeless and jumping from house to house with my, now, fiancé and looking for a house of our own.While keeping my personal feelings out of this and keeping this review professional, I can only hope that this review sends a message to the new owners of Wright Restoration that by working on family’s homes families are placing their trust in you. To the previous owner, thank you for trying but your choices have been deceitful.To others who want an honest review: Wright Restoration is a “restoration” business not a construction business. They have proven that they cannot reconstruct a home and can only restore sections of homes. They have also proven their negligence of their client’s situation during and after their “restoration”.

The most amazing and unbelievable service. They fixed the disaster of a rotted wall/room and made it brand new while being extremely affordable and professional. So thankful I found them.
