Tobin restoration was amazing to us! We discovered an old water leak and mold all under our carpet in our back bedroom and the next day Blake from Tobin came in and took a look for us. He got people in there that week and our whole restoration process was so much faster than we anticipated. All the guys from Blake to Hector to Jose to Ryan were so awesome and all the guys in between! They even helped us get our carpet done in a different room while the carpet guys were there for the room needing the restoration. They did a phenomenal job and now our daughter has a nice playroom. We will never go through anyone else!!

Tobin is fantastic. 10 stars if I could. We had a small leak start from under our shower and the previous owners didn’t notice. We called around to could looking for a couple different contractors to come look at it. They all blew us off except Tobin. They had people over to our house to check it out, quote it and start the demo within 3 days. They don’t mess around. They took all the precautions when we found black mold under our tile and plywood. They were extremely flexible with our schedule and accommodating. We worked with Ryan on the remodel. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to work with us. Tobin worked with our insurance to help ease that burden and frustration. Ryan helped us navigate from start to finish. We are very picky and He made sure everything was just how we wanted it. He has great referrals and contacts for every step of the process. They even helped us out with our other bathroom. They helped us re-design the bathroom to have a better layout. Everything came under the budget. Very happy with how it all turned out. There was a couple little crooked and Ryan had someone right over to get it fixed. The work had been done for a while now and we have not had one complaint or issue with the work. Highly recommend robin for emergency response, general construction work or anything in between. Thanks for making it happen

These guys are the genuine real deal! They got everything done quickly and effectively. They even offered to clean our driveway because we are disabled and couldn't. They didn't charge us. They are so kind and genuinely care about their clients. The work to put our basement Cellar together was fantastic! They cleaned up after themselves and cleaned our carpets (we agreed to have that done for a small cost) Ron did such a beautiful job on our carpets in our basement, stairs, living room, and everywhere we asked. It looked so beautiful after Ron competed his work. He made sure our furniture didn't get damaged or wet. He was really a pleasure to be around and made us laugh. Hes pretty funny. Jared and all of the team who brought our home to a normal state again are great young men. There's a reason they are highly recommended! Simply put, " They Care." Which is rare. We had previous contractors who were such bad people who took advantage of us and never cleaned up after themselves. Tobin Restoration showed us there are still good people out there who genuinely care and we aren't just a sale or a job. I'm doing this on behalf of my father-in-law in Salmon, Idaho as he doesn't use technology given his age. On Dec 6, 2024 there was an attic fire at his rental house, which the fire department quickly extinguished (refer to 1st photo). After reporting the fire to his insurance agent, the restoration process began and he received bids from five companies. Our main point of contact after selection was Ryan Welker, who was the project manager. They drove to Salmon and completed the restoration in about a week (refer to the 2nd photo). My father-in-law and his tenant are very pleased with Tobin's work.
