I’m am so upset at all the things that I keep finding around my house after this “professional “ service! Not only are they giving out way too much information about my personal situation on these reviews which speaks volumes of the kind of people you will work with. But as I look around after a long and extended wait there are things that I will have to repair and paint so it looks professional as it should. Allstate has them as preferred company and I don’t understand why? This is so bad! I didn’t want to go this route but seeing as the person who takes care of reviews is airing out grievances against me the customer I am giving proof of the type of work performed. The damage on my cabinets was not disclosed to me. NOTICE I AM STICKING TO YOUR COMPANY AND NOT PERSONAL ATTACKS!Before signing your Satisfaction document make sure you look at EVERYTHING very closely EVERYTHING! TakeSomeone with you. Doors are unbalanced and hard to close. Don’t sign until you have everything you want fixed done. Make a list have the rep sign it and keep a copy. Keep a log from the beginning takePictures of your house so they put everything back as it should be. Make sure everything is clean from glues because it’s not easy to remove. Floors will never be clean at least not mine because there is some gunk that attracts dirt like a magnet. All because the organization was non existent! There is an order of how to do things so this doesn’t happen but since my representative was changed 3 times because they quit etc it was a mess! My bath tub holds water at the corners I was told it isn’t balanced correctly because that will lead to mold and mildew. The amount of caulk used to seal is laughable with gaps from the small ration used. My walls a piece of tape, yes tape made that big cardboard hole. Now I have to repair and repaint but not over the cardboard it has a process. However if there is mold or additional damage it’s not covered if I don’t fix it properly!!!!!There is paint drips on my walls because it dried that way. Did I notice the day I came for the walk through, no because I just wanted to be home! There is a thing called trust that I have in people. Totally my fault.

They assessed the damage and started work quickly. Their team was fast, precise, and restored my home back to brand new! They guys were on time daily.
