Will and Carlos provided top notch service with cleaning, pack out and demolition of my basement. Will was especially helpful and kind in all my dealings with him. He was great at keeping me informed as to the status of the job and he worked around my schedule. They were both courteous, friendly and respectful.

Every single employee was extremely courteous and careful with our belongings. We appreciate the timely response at the beginning of the job and the Special kudos to Jorge and Dean for showing up in the middle of the night. Everyone treated my belongings as if they were their own, being very thorough and careful. Jesse took over this job and handled everything in a timely and precise manner and we are very appreciative to you all.

I initially left a good review, but now I am unhappy with the service I received. I had a kitchen fire and they barely cleaned anything and instead smudged soot around my ceiling and took everything out of my cabinets. They also left a long strip of untouched soot across my wall. After hiring a painter, he did a better job cleaning it up in a hour with magic eraser. They kept my carpets hostage for over a month when they said they would clean them and return them within 2 weeks. They left tape all over my walls and punctured it with staples that were never removed. Finally they refused to get rid of my burnt microwave for me at first until I questioned them why they would not if they were a cleanup company. I am understanding that fire damage is hard to clean and never expected it to be spotless when the job was done, but there was barely an attempt made.
