We had an incident in the Master Bath with the toilet which overflowed and flooded the floor. I thought I dried it all until there were visible stains on the ceiling on the ground floor - right in the entrance to the house!!! SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest came in and took care of it all. When people say, "What damage?" That is testimony for the great work that they did. Thank you so much for doing such a professional job from start to finish. We had a vendor remove a reverse osmosis system, a plug was not put in the collar of the P-Trap. As a result for a week when we used the kitchen faucet or dishwasher, unknown to us there was a leak under the sink.We called the vendor. They put us in touch with Serve Pro of Omaha Northwest. Andy and his gang have been highly professional. Explained all the steps necessary to dry out the sub floor, especially the ones under the cabinets and old oak floors. They were able to brace the counter tops and remove the lower cabinet that got damaged and the oak floor.Andy's whole crew has been very responsive and professional. From the first evening when Noah and James set up the fans. Andy bringing in a contractor before he proceeded and Garret for removing the old oak floor.Thumbs up to their services.You hope you never need to use their services, but if i had to I would definitely use them again.

We had Kyle from SERVPRO come out and do mitigation services for us, and they were very professional and friendly. We have two dogs and I am a stay at home mom, and I can’t stress how great they were with us all still in the house. Very courteous about moving around our possessions also. I would highly recommend their team for any mitigation services or clean up.
