I am extremely disappointed with ServePro's service following our smoke damage incident. Our insurance company referred them to us, but their involvement quickly felt like they took over, resulting in inflated bills that our insurance had to cover.Despite multiple requests, they never sent us estimates, yet they proceeded with work and billed us months later. Rachel, their representative, billed us for work at the wrong locations, filed liens for services not performed, and continues to attempt collection to this day. To make matters worse, they sent their attorneys after us while Rachel was still negotiating with our claims adjuster.Overall, I found their tactics and processes unprofessional and frustrating. I would never use their services again and do not recommend them based on this experience.

Servpro came highly recommended by our neighbors and even our adjuster. I was a little skeptical to begin with as i know a lot of restorers over due it and scam people. I was surprisingly impressed with how honest and transparent this team was. Nora who handled our claim was thorough, compassionate, and professional helped me and my mom get through this. As a result, i am SUPER happy with the way Servpro restored our restaurant from the grease fire. Amazing job team!

This company understands that customers are human beings. I laughed on the phone with Nora Choe, my claims manager, so many times and I also cried because of how crazy my life was going during this process. But once everything got situated and the work began... from start to finish it was a walk in the park. I couldn’t believe how much care their working crew put into my home. They explained every step before they started opening up walls and let me know that some things would get addressed on the reconstruction. The honesty and transparency and communication they provided made me feel comfortable, I even invited them back for tea lol!
