They responsibility worked the problems and rectified the urgent issues. They went on to coordinate all the players needed to remove our furniture so that they could rebuild the damage in the house (which included new floors, new kitchen, and some other affected areas). I've worked with contractors my entire career (on the commercial side) and have seen a wide range of good to terrible. Grant and his team never lost sight of their goals:1. Handle mitigation quickly and effectively2. Work with insurance to get everything moving smoothly3. Repair all of the damages to the home and make it look as good (or better) than when they got to the houseOther contractors who came to bid on the work were fixated on the ABC's (always be closing) while Grant (and his other colleagues who visited on the initial part of the project) were simply concerned with making our lives easier.
