My daughter flooded our bathroom upstairs on a Friday night. We contacted Servpro and they told us someone would be on the way shortly. Just a short bit later Juan David and Fabian arrived at our house. Juan was very professional and greeted me with a smile. They came into the house and began checking the ceilings and floors. It was very relieving when Juan told me it’s not to bad just wet in some places.They checked very thoroughly upstairs and down. They placed fans and a dehumidifier in my house and said they would be back in a few days to check, but it should be good by then. That was very relieving but to the fact I thought it was way worse.Anthony Zollo then came to my house Monday morning to check. He also was very professional. Anthony came inside and was very positive about the fact everything had dried well except one small spot. He took the other fans with him only leaving one and the dehumidifier. He assured me it should be good by tomorrow.Juan and Fabian returned on Tuesday, again with a smile. They checked everything again and it was all good and dry.I hope this never happens again, but if it does I know I will be contacting them immediately. I felt that because I was able to mitigate the problem quickly it saved me both time and money. Everyone that I encountered agreed with that. I had read previous negative reviews but found out quickly that it is not the case. The plan was laid out day one how they would combat the problem. Also there were options they could have taken but did not because they didn’t feel it was necessary. To me I can appreciate that because unlike some companies they could have done it and justified it just to make a dollar. Instead they were honest and helpful trying to help me fix the problem as simple as possible!I appreciate the guys that came to my house and helped me navigate this problem with such a positive professional attitude!

I have used SERVPRO Bay County after 2 natural disasters - hurricanes Ian and Helene - at two different homes. 1) Some say Servpro can be expensive on price. After Helene, I did check other restoration companies and SERVPRO Bay County came in at the best price. 2) The guys on the ground ALWAYS answered their phones and returned texts promptly regardless of the chaos that was taking place in the area. I can't say how much I appreciated this as other contractors tended to ghost me after they got busy. 3) Anyone who has been through a natural disaster knows that finding available roofers, plumbers, etc. can be a challenge. After Helene I had called 6 roofers and only one returned my call and there was a 30 day wait list just to get an estimate. I called my guy at SERVPRO and he arranged a roofer for me who was available within a week and at a better price. In a nutshell: quality work, great communication, and extremely helpful recommending contractors and dealing with the insurance companies. Thank you Pope, Travis, and the rest of the SERVPRO Bay County team for getting both of my houses back!

Servepro performed remediation after water damage from a hurricane. After reviewing the invoices paid by the Condo HOA and ourselves, we found what looked like discrepancies and duplicate charges. These concerns were brought to the attention of the supervisors as well as management in the company. Even though (after nearly 6 months of dozens of unanswered phone calls and emails) they finally agreed that there were errors in the billing and that a refund of duplicate charges would be sent, nothing happened. We even filed a complaint with the BBB with no response. No responses to our inquiries about the refund or any communication of any kind.
