Price way too expensive. $355 for less than a 20 min job. Yet the plumber is awesome. Talk through the steps of the job and the whys... he seems to feel confident and comfortable in his sounding... I felt comfortable with him being with him being prior military. The plumber was very friendly and clean.

Deonne, the technician was fantastic to work with and provided another great experience with Roto-Rooter. We had an emergency situation and Deonne made a late night service call to provide a temporary fix until he could provide a complete repair first thing the next morning. The work was done quickly and with great attention to detail.

Zero stars true rating. 1200.00 charged to an Active Duty Soldier with no results! This company sent someone out who managed to do more damage than good. Roto- Rooter supposedly cleared a clog and found the problem by simply removing the toilet and snaking the line (Could have been done at this point with an 800.00 bill). He then decided to do a leak detection test by cutting this big sloppy hole in the ceiling of my drywall only to discover there was no further issue, leaving me with a unnecessary hole in my ceiling and a higher bill than necessary.(could have cut small holes to find the leak) On top of that the toilet was left in the hallway all weekend and nothing was actually repaired. Roughly 1200.00 later I had giant hole in my ceiling and a toilet left in the hallway. I called management and they were no help. The owner and manager both refused to give any money back and stood by this poor work ethic/method and did not admit Roto-Rooter took advantage of a woman not being knowledgeable on this matter and kept every penny they took from that disadvantage as I was out of town and not presentto stop this ridiculousness. I have gotten numerous second opinions from other qualified Plumbers and all say Roto- Rooter had no reason to cut tge drywall causing further damage. Roto- Rooter said they left the toilet off for my builder to inspect it but if I called you to fix a problem I expect you to fix it and not take advice from the woman you are currently taking advantage of. Unless you want to be upcharged and taken advantage of, I suggest you call someone other than Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs. Needless to say we had someone else complete the job in an honest and descent mannar. I hope this prevents someone from making the same mistake we did. Thanks for nothing Roto-Rooter and Roto- Rooter Florence. SC management!

I called Roto-Rooter to diagnose a plumbing issue. The plumber who came out was respectful, which I appreciated. However, the company charged a diagnostic fee and then gave me the wrong diagnosis, claiming my septic tank was full and instructing me to call a septic tank company to have it pumped.I followed their advice, paid out of pocket for a septic company to come — only to find out that my septic tank was not full at all.When I called Roto-Rooter back to inform them of the incorrect diagnosis and seek accountability, the manager responded with a defensive attitude and flat-out told me that my address would no longer be serviced.Absolutely unprofessional and incredibly poor customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was unacceptable. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
