In the middle of the night during a shower all of my drains began to backup… I called Roto Rooter. The rep set my appointment for the next morning for the first appt!The Supervisor Joe Was Great!!!He came By On Time to inspect before the tech Fernando arrived! I received the call ahead of time so I was prepared for their arrival which I really appreciate! Joe was very clear in explaining the next step!The technician Fernando Saved The Day!!!!He arrived On Time Shortly after Joe and within minutes he was clear and detailed when he explained everything that he was going to do and service charges etc.Fernando completed the work very quickly and had me up and running as normal in no time!!!!
