I had water damage in middle of night. Came out immediately. Excellent service team, very knowledgeable and professional. I had issues with my insurance company with full payment. Jon not only owns the business but puts his heart and soul into making sure his customers are happy and well taken care of. Very very pleased with the outcome and results he was able to get. Katie Badamey (insurance agent) played an important role in this. She’s amazing. Thank you Restore Pro, and especially Jon. Your the best!!

We had a flood in our home and had no idea what to do. I was recommended to contact RestorePro. When I called Chelsea was extremely nice and prompt and Chris met me shortly at my house. He explained everything that was going to happen. We knew we had a lot of damage but had no idea to what extent, we had to move out of our house to have floors and ceilings gutted. The crew was there that day to start working. After clean up, Shawn and his crew, came and encapsulated our crawl space. A huge shout out to every single one of the crew that we had the pleasure of meeting. You guys gave us much ease with such an overwhelming situation!

I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and the guys at Restore Pro. They do amazing work and went above and beyond to give us the best end product they could. Shawn is very communicative and a huge asset to Restore Pro. He truly went out of his way to make our mold-ridden log cabin perfect again and we couldn’t be more stoked to have worked with him.

The 47,000 sq.ft. of carpets and rugs RestorePro cleaned here at Perkins Local Schools look great, and they are the best these carpets have been professionally cleaned in decades. Your two-man crew was absolutely the best, with great personalities and very professional, not to mention how fast and organized they were to complete them in less than a week.
