We have done a number of projects with Brad at Restoration1. First, my basement flooded at 1 am through failure of the sump pump. He was in my basement by 3 am, and cleaned and dried it beautifully.Following that, he set up a whole new system with two sump pumps, and re-designed the drainage system outside my house, which was also working poorly.And, on top of that, he designed and set up a battery driven back-up power system so the sump pumps work when the power goes out. Which, in fact, just happened a month ago, and the sump pumps came on perfectly.He also sealed my basement at the seams. And has helped me with a couple of other projects.His pricing is exactly where it should be- fair for everyone. I had replaced my shower a couple years ago, and found some black mold where there was some leaking where the shower doors didn't quite stop water from hitting the drywall.Brad was quick in getting in and assessing, and getting the mold cleaned and outta there. And he did a wonderful job paneling the new wall to replace it. It looks so great, and I'm really pleased with the work. Thanks so much!!

Brad at Restoration one is my absolute hero. Our washing machine flooded our main floor and basement two days before we were leaving on a trip. Brad came immediately, and even checked on things while we were gone. It’s so nice to know that when there’s an emergency, there is someone reliable who is there to help. He was so friendly and professional, and made a bad situation feel so much more manageable.
