After calling many companies after our water heater decided to spring a massive leak that left my home in ankle deep water. Rapid One were the quickest to our rescue. Jason and the guys have been awesome. Unfortunately we had to leave our unit since it is currently going through a month long reconstruction but the guys packed up our stuff and hauled our stuff into a storage unit. I feel a great relief that this company was placed in our path as it has minimized the stress on our family. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. Do not hesitate to call. Very professional and Jason will communicate every step of the way.

George came out within an hour of me calling after a pipe was leaking in our newly finished basement. He took pictures and humidity readings on the water surfaces for insurance claim purposes.They are coming back tomorrow to fix the broken pipe and start working with our insurance company to get a claim put in for work to be started.

The team is friendly and polite in all sense of the word. They do all they can to make sure you are happy with the end results and go above and beyond.
