It was a pleasure working with Scott and Rainbow restoration. I had damage after a rain storm that caused significant water leakage through my roof and into my hallway. His staff is highly professional. Respectful when they were in my home. They did their best to keep dust to a minimum. I needed new tile and baseboards. Their tile setters were top-notch. And their trim, fitters installing baseboards were on point. So if you need any kind of remodeling, restoration, or reconstruction I'd certainly would reach out to Scott and his company. He never met me with any excuses. He made multiple site visits to the house while his crew were working and clarified instructions to serve me, the customer.

We had a pipe burst under the kitchen sink while we were away for the summer and our insurance recommended Rainbow Restoration. After talking with Scott on the phone and flying to Arizona to meet with him we were so glad they did. They had already started getting the house dried out and explained in detail what the next steps were going to be. They communicated with us at each step of the way and if we had a question it was easy to get ahold of them and had the answer right away. They also worked closely with the insurance company and got them what they needed to get the claim processed. After 4 months we were back in our home and it was amazing what they had accomplished in such a short time. Great workmanship and care for details from all of their team.
