R&R Foundation Specialists raised and stabilized my sinking basement & foundation. The foreman on my job was Diego out of R&R’s Foundation's Tacoma yard. Diego and his crew of Jamie and Omar were absolutely great to work with. I appreciated how Diego works alongside his crew and treats them with respect. The crew represents R&R well. They were a pleasure to have in and around our home. Diego is professional, personable, considerate and a great communicator. Diego (& his crew) are very knowledgeable & experienced and would advise me if he saw anything that he thought I should be aware of, or changes in the plan of attack. He would explain to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. The job was completed ahead of schedule. Amazing job!I could not be happier with the people (Diego, Jamie & Omar), the awesome work they did and the result of a level house that will not continue to settle.This work is a large financial investment, so I needed the right company. R&R Foundation Specialists was the 3rd of 3 bids I received. Pricing was all in the ballpark, so it was not so much the factor. What I got for that money WAS a huge factor. Tony T, who did the estimate far exceeded the other 2 companies in his comprehensive inspection of the house and what R&R would do to resolve the issue. He addressed areas the others didn’t even see. There was no question after Tony left as to who was doing the work. The details he covered gave me full confidence in R&R to do my work. During the planning stages, everyone at the main office kept me informed on the progress. The job started earlier than scheduled, finished ahead of schedule and slightly under the estimate. Other crews came on a couple days when needed and they were all very nice and knowledgeable, but kudos to my main crew. Office staff and managers who stopped by the job are all exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend R&R Foundation Specialists for your foundation work.

I am extremely pleased with the way my foundation repair project was handled by R&R. The foundation in the back part of my house sunk by 4” at its lowest point. Everyone at R&R from the scheduling team to the guys that worked on the house, were first rate. The crew, led by Terren, worked super hard and were extremely considerate. I’m really glad I got my foundation fixed and that I chose R&R for the job.

My company manages multiple buildings and over the years sidewalks, steps, walkways have moved due to erosion, roots and settling. R&R walked the buildings with me and discussed what remediation of the problems would entail. A competitive quote was provided and scheduled a one day remediation across all the buildings. The team they sent were efficient and ensured we were all on the same page of what was being done. It was definitely a full day for the team, but they remained diligent and successfully completed the tasks. It was evident the team was proud of the work they did and I'm thankful to put these lingering problems behind us.

R&R helped me with a sump pump for a wet crawl space and they secured a cracked and sinking foundation. Communication was good throughout the steps of both jobs - and they were willing to get the sump pump put in right away to address the water (other companies would only do the sump pump along with the foundation work and so that meant my crawl stayed wet while waiting for permitting...). Bryon and Tristen did the sump pump work and were excellent - knowledgeable and communicative and got the job done even with unforeseen challenges. They were so excellent that I asked for them when the foundation work was scheduled - again these two guys (along with Cameron) worked so hard to get things done well and ahead of schedule - Bryon communicating with me every step of the way. They were an exceptional team. Also, Hailey in the office communicated clearly, always took the time to answer my questions, and was pleasant and patient. When your foundation needs repair, you know you are going to feel the hit in your bank account - but this crew made it a little less painful.
