Putman Restoration is incredible!! From the very first phone call we made to them we felt totally taken care of. They were fast, friendly and professional and took care of everything from start to finish. It was amazing & so incredibly helpful for them to schedule the appointment, get the water cleaned up, test for damage, handle the insurance paperwork & it was easy to follow up with them regarding any questions/concerns we had. I would use them again and highly recommend Putman Restoration to all of my friends and family!

After an electrical fire they did a poor job cleaning the house, employees threw away pictures of my kids and either stole or tossed an antique shelf, an entertainment center and some items of our property without permission. Representatives did NOT work well with the insurance company. I give them ZERO STARS but had to give them 1 to post my comment. Would NOT recommend.

We came into a flooded office one morning, called Putman and they were here with an army in about 90 minutes. They immediately got to work and had the office dry in about 2 hours. Cleanup took a little longer, but they were all very nice, courteous, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend!!

The employees were so careful to protect my walls and furniture when they cleaned my carpet. The owner even came over to make sure everything was done right. We’ve used them several times when we’ve had flooding from a hot water heater and a burst pipe. Each time they were there quickly and were very knowledgeable about the process, explaining it in a way that I understood. I highly recommend Putman Restoration. They are top notch!

These folks are the absolute best in the business! Burst water pipes upstairs, flooded half of downstairs, ceilings and floors completely ruined. We called the other nationally known company at first but after numerous calls, they never actually showed up. Putman was recommended to us by our contractor. Thank heavens! Putman services came out immediately on the weekend, got all the equipment set up and had the show on the road from the minute they arrived. They were so friendly and professional. All services coordinated by them were of the highest quality. I cannot say enough good things about Putman services. They are definitely our “go to” people for any kind Of damage restoration services needed in the future !
