Under no circumstances should you use this company. We hired them for a mold remediation job for a house we had already vacated. They gave an estimate for demolition, but thousands of dollars later there was still mold.They then did a second and then a THIRD round, each of which cost thousands of dollars more. The job also took nearly two months to be completed, well beyond their original time estimates.They did not properly dispose of demolished materials and I had to contact another company for junk removal.In the final report they provided, they carefully angled the pictures to conceal that they had broken a bathroom countertop and also cut through a water pipe. I had to hire additional contractors to repair those items as well - I've included pictures that clearly show the pipe being cut in line with the drywall cut, and the countertop, which is not even in close proximity to any of the demolition work.Once I discovered the issues, I contacted the Pure Remediation in writing with this information, and they did not reply to multiple contact attempts over the course of several weeks. I assume they are hoping I will just give up if they just ignore me.
