Their workers are great. They found my pipe leak fast, cleaned up the damage really well, and were communicative as to when they would be in working since my property was a rental. The project manager was not responsive other than the initial visit. He greatly underestimated the cost of my project by ~50%, which was not a fun surprise when the final bill came. Updates on increasing costs would have been nice. The project manager also discussed repairs during the initial visit, not just the demo work, but then never followed through with quotes. I'm pretty sure that when my insurance claim got denied the project manager checked out of the job. At least I found a different repair company that was reasonably priced compared to Phoenix. They do quality work but are really expensive.

I have never had a cleaning company that came out and cleaned like this ( PHOENIX RESTORATION) we had sewage back up in are basement because of all the rain here in the city of Riley Ks I want to shout out to Carlos and his crew who were veryCourteous, professional, all around good people they did and awesome job they really know what they are doing really so if you have flooding issue in your basement or your house your best call this company . We had a whole house water filter burst and flood a large portion of our basement. It was late afternoon and I started calling around and Phoenix responded first. Devin and Cooper came quickly and extracted water and set up dehumidifiers and fans. Devin returned early the next morning to check the progress. He took total responsibility and was professional, knowledgeable and competent throughout the entire process. He kept in contact and ended up removing the carpet, pad and baseboard. He also took photos and met with the insurance adjuster with us. Because he responded so quickly the sheet rock could be saved. I cannot express enough thanks to Devin. He took total control and handled the situation which relieved a lot of stress. Thank you so much Devin!

We had a water shutoff valve fail late in the afternoon on the main floor which flooded the main floor and basement. Shortly after getting main shut off we called CJ at Phoenix and they had a crew out first thing the next morning. They immediately started the mitigation work to dry everything out. They came over and checked the progress of the drying daily as well as kept us up to date on their plan. They worked closely with our insurance and all recommendations will be covered. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs restoration work done.
