This is a historic home which appeared to be fully renovated before I bought it. They knew that they installed the floor incorrectly but refused to take any responsibility for the work they did. I am currently in the process of having the whole room replaced because the floor twisted, cupped and warped and it all had to be ripped out so that we could install it correctly. They wouldn’t even come out to my house to look at it until I called the office and spoke to the manager. Mark Sinex was awful to deal with. I would never recommend this company anyone. I wouldn’t even hire them to change a light bulb, let alone restore a home.

I'm still waiting for Paul Davis to call. Now I've received 2 calls wanting me to answer questions about the removal of the tree that Paul Davis has done. WHAT!!! They haven't even called or even sent me a contract. At this point I've already started calling other tree removal services. If they do call I'm not wasting anymore time with them. Unbelievable.

We called Paul Davis, and they were at our home within about four hours to take care of the problem. It was a huge relief, to say the least. They were professional, reliable, and handled everything efficiently.I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon—but if I ever face another emergency like this, they’ll be the first ones I call!

I gave 2 stars because the initial team worked hard on the debris removal and cleanup. However following them was the drying equipment. Fans/dehumidifiers were placed, one of the dehumidifiers appeared to be nonfunctional yet it was left running and not replaced. I hate that it was using all the power for nothing. Our contact person was barely responsive. He never communicated unless we contacted him. Perhaps they are short staffed? Finally we were told equipment to be removed Monday and the rest of the cleanup and disinfecting would be started Tuesday. No one came. They returned Tuesday and took out the equipment, we left access open for the team to continue Wednesday, but again no one came. By Thursday we just terminated them as we now have black mold growing on the untreated wood surfaces that were wet. I feel like if they had been more timely or at least communicated we would be ready to settle back in by now. As it stands at almost 4 weeks later we need to treat mold that was not taken care of and it has added weeks onto our POD unit rental we are using for storage. We thought we were working with an elite respected local company, and we are regretting our choice of Paul Davis company.
