Mar 01, 2025 · Mark HughesPaul Davis restoration worked directly with my insurance company to restore my house to its original condition within 4 weeks of a very stressful water damage incident. They handled everything without the added stress of me having to figure it all out.Every person I came in contact with during the mitigation and repair was professional, courteous and genuinely nice. I was kept informed every step of the way and they went out of their way to ensure the job was done right.I can’t say enough good things about Paul Davis Restoration. Thank you!
Sep 06, 2025 · Anne CookHired Paul Davis for restoration work brought about by water damage to our laundry/utility room. Had some communication and scheduling issues at first but as soon new management took over halfway thru the project, everything went smooth sailing. The new owner even came by to the work site to personally check on the work progress and see if we have any issues to address. Everything was restored to perfection! Very professional and knowledgeable team. Highly recommended!!
Jul 23, 2025 · Robert PaternoTerrible experience. Under communicated. Over promised. Over priced. Sloppy work. Demo of tile with no plastic. Multiple cabinet order mistakes threatening me. Rude and disrespect. Find someone else, you won’t regret it.
Sep 23, 2023 · Jeremy PeetIn my opinion, Paul Davis Restoration has amazing employees that truly care not only about helping you achieve your goals, but your safety. We were automatically assigned to them via insurance when a tree fell on the roof of our home. After an initial emergency tarp placement on the spur of a moment one late Monday evening (very thankful for their prompt response,) I had two awesome contractors who completed the job extremely fast within the next week. On top of that, they also pointed out additional things going on with my home that would impact our safety and health significantly if they went undiscovered for much longer. The office staff is also a team that will fight for you. They endured plenty of red tape from our insurance company and protected our privacy the entire process, all while working with our picky work schedules. The reasoning for four and not five stars, however, would be that I believe they would exceed expectations of their clients if they had more help managing their office and were able to improve their process of communication more in depth with each case. They seem to have a large case load and to be trying their best to accommodate everyone with it.
