We used Mike at Mold Removal Worx after a furnace steam humidifier in our crawl space malfunctioned and filled our crawl space with moisture unbeknownst to us for several weeks. We only realized we had a problem after our hardwood floors started to warp. He came promptly and addressed our situation which included mold assessment and remediation. We were pleased when he was able to also install new hardwood flooring thus eliminating the need for a different contractor. After taking care of the mold and installing the floors, we opted to have him encapsulate our crawl space. Throughout this whole process, Mike was very informative and responded quickly to our emails and texts. All of his work was reasonably priced and of the highest quality. While Mike and his helpers were professional in their interactions, they were also very personable. We will definitely use Mike and Mold removal Worx for any future needs we may have.

Mike was excellent to work with. He did mold remediation and crawlspace encapsulation. He answered all my questions and was patient and informative when explaining what he was going to do so that I understood the process. I would recommend his company to anyone and would use him again.Since Mike first did my crawlspace work there were a couple of issues. I emailed Mike and he quickly responded and was at my house to look at the problem the next day. Within two days he was at my house to work on solving the issue. Mike stands behind his work.
