If I could give 0 stars I would! I hired Millers to clean out my crawl space (2332 sq ft) as we had a pest issue stemming from debris in the crawlspace and were displaced from our home. . They had a good price for the clean out (in the same ballpark as other companies we had come out). Everything seemed to come out great, we received pictures of the final work and were very pleased. Fast forward a week, we had another foundation company and pest control come out to continue work inside our crawlspace, and we were informed that Millers had only cleaned out the first 560 square feet, basically what is visible from our crawl space opening. They provided us with pictures/videos and diagrams showing us the area that was cleaned out and the areas that were left a mess. We immediately sent those to Mr. Miller and he had someone come out 3/4 days later to inspect our crawlspace. We had already hired the other company to finish cleaning it out by this point, as now we don’t trust Millers to do a good job. Curtis Miller has stated his company did nothing wrong but offered us a $770 refund which amounts to a 16% refund, we requested a 76% refund due to them only completing 24% of the work which seems more than fair. He has since not answered us in 8 days & we are becoming more frustrated by the second. I am not sure how he can justify keeping our money when the work is not done, it seems like a scam to me. He has completely taken advantage of my family in a vulnerable time. Please stay far away from this company! I will attach pictures from the company who came in next on July 7 and what they pulled out of our crawl. For reference , Mr. Miller completed work on 6/26/25.

Miller’s cleaning and restoration is my only go to. They answered any all questions officially as possible. They are always on time and they work diligently to make sure that the job gets done thoroughly and they always go above and beyond your expectations ..I can’t recommend them enough. They are faithful in their word, friendly and outgoing, and they actually care about your home and belongings.Thank you Miller’s .. keep up the great work.

Amazing company, with amazing employees. Our basement flooded and these guys responded promptly, kept us updated on the progress throughout the process, and communicated thoroughly. We've used them before in the past and didnt hesitate to call them again when we were in need. We cannot praise Miller's Restoration enough.

We had a great experience with Mark and everyone at Millers. Our basement flooded and they were there within 24 hours to check everything out and provide services. They helped us deal with our claim and were trustworthy and professional/fair throughout the whole experience. Our basement is safe and dry again and we're so grateful for their help.

Millers gave usprompt, outstanding service when our daughter's basement flooded. They were kind, courteous, professional, efficient, knew their job well, and gave us a heads up on their arrival schedule each time.
