We had a homeowners worst nightmare happened to us last month, a flood in our (newly refinished) basement, it was later in the evening, so finding people available to come out straight away seemed to be a challenge, I then reached Ryan at Floodsman and he sent out damage control right away. The company was very easy to work with, they removed everything that was ruined from to the water damage and they were able to dry out everything on the home itself that was affected so it was dried and treated correctly. We had a very positive experience with Floodsman.

My family had a flood in our basement January 6, 2025. I called Ryan immediately after finding the Flood. He explained to me that his guys were already on another call and that he was not able to assist me in a timely matter. So instead of Asking me to hold off or push me to the next day to get the business. he reached out to another company he trusts and had them over to my house within an hour of me reaching out. I may not have had his company do the mitigation portion or do the repair work. We had the Floodsmen do a mold mitigation job in our basement, and Ryan and his team were great to work with. They quickly identified the problem areas and explained that they wouldn’t be able to assess the full extent of the damage until they got into the walls. Jose came back the next day and got to work removing drywall and insulation. They sealed off the affected portion of the basement from the rest of the basement and took all of the debris out of a basement window well. Jose kept us apprised of the issues and progress as he went and he was great to work with. Mold mitigation is not cheap, but Ryan’s prices were very fair and we are very pleased with their work. We definitely recommend them.
