José Barcenas(foreman) and crew were professional and finished well under expected time frame. José walked us through the job prior, during, and after. He was thorough awith what he and his crew were going to so and answered any questions we had. Also, gave us suggestions for what we can do in the future to keep our house dry inside and out. They did a great job cleaning up and didn't leave anything unexpected for us to do. Job well done ✅️

EverDry is working on my foundation and explaining the process along the way. Im impressed by how well the crew has taken the exterior plants out, set them in buckets to keep alive whilst they do the work so they can replant them once the waterproofing is completed. Busy, happy, hardworking fellas.

they did my foundation in Dec of 2024 said they would put everything back the way they found it. they didn't i have holes in my flower beds with rocks and wood needs more dirt put back in I have called numerous times and no one gets back with me i am ready to call my attorney I can not do the work my self had knee replacement and cant get down on my knees anymore want something done they also put the drain out my front yard and in winter the water flooded my front walk and froze you could not get on front porch they did fix that. Bad job and i paid $21,000 and they expect me to fix the problem good thing i didn't leave all my decorations in it they would been ruinedupdate today July 29th Just had a service man come and we are scheduled for august 19th to have problem fixed Jose came and explained everything what they are going to do. to fix it. can't wait till it gets done Thank you. you are very good at what you do will recommend Everdry.Everdry was just here and fixed my problem AJ and Larry did a fantastic job now all i have to do is replant flowers and decor here are the new photos it is very level nice top soil and Larry showed me how to lift the drain spout up when i mow looks very nice thanks AJ and Larry

Update 1 month later: Jose's team came out and installed french drains to move the water away from our foundation, they fixed our window wells so they are properly sealed, and we finally got a working ezbreathe receiver. The work looks nice as a finished product. Hopefully this will fix our water issue once and for all, but I am guessing we will not know for certain until next spring when the ground thaws out after winter time again. Updated review to 3 stars simply due to Jose's genuine concern for us as customer's and his wanting our home project to be properly installed. It was much appreciated that they offered us an extra year of protection without paying the yearly service fee since we have had so many issues.Update 2 weeks later: Jose came out to our home and was very kind. They fixed the loud sump pumps so at least we can sleep again. Still waiting on them to fix the water in the foundation issue. Also found out they never finished setting up our ezbreathe system correctly, so we are still waiting on that to be fixed as well.Original review: Please do not buy into the scam that is Everdry. I would give them zero stars if I could. $30,000 and 8 months later, and I have been left with loud as loud can be sump pumps and water all over my foundation and crawl space floor. They destroyed my brand new mulch and killed my plants. They conveniently forget to mention that for 30k they are not responsible for installing electric to ensure your newly installed sump pumps will be able to operate. I called them today to have them come out to my home for the second time in two weeks to fix the junk they installed, and they expect me to take pto because they wont send a technician out to my house at 5:30, but they had no problem sending a sales rep out to my house at 7pm to con me into signing paperwork to begin with. They use big terminology and scare tactics like live mold and crumbling foundation to convince you signing the contract right now is a must (they'll even include a discount and installation next week to "sweeten" their scam). They promised my good friends a refferal discount which they had to call Everdry for three separate times before it was finally sent 6 months later. Every single employee I have had come out from their company has told me a different story about how the job should have been done differently to be considered proper.
