I just had EverDry come in and reinforce my foundation and install sump and air quality systems in my basement. From the initial inspection/scheduling with Ben and Noah, who explained the process thoroughly, to the actual labor and installation with Marco and Ed, everything went very smooth and finished quickly. I was more than happy with my project at completion. Thanks to all the employees who worked so hard on my project. The first thing I will say is my experience with Everdry would’ve been twice what I paid them .I’ve dealt with many contractors in the past and what I found is good quality work with poor customer service or great customer service with poor quality work. Neither of these is the case with Everdry. I received great quality work with an experience that way exceeded my expectations.My first interactions with the company was when somebody knocked on my door and offered me a free foundation inspection. This young gentleman did a great job letting me know what to expect during the inspection and he also helped show me a good few reasons why I needed to have the inspection. I’ve known for years that there was issues, but I never did anything about them.After scheduling this appointment with the gentleman at my door, I heard from a woman in their office, giving me a friendly reminder call about our appointment.On the day of the appointment, Court showed up right on time to do the inspection . The whole process took about three hours, but it was very detailed in giving me the information on not only the issues I had but why they were happening. They presented with me with a few different options to choose from on how they could take care of my home. It was a clear choice to me that the multistep system was the one to go with. Now I will say this option is not cheap, but after having the work done, I can see why.The next day after our inspection Jackson reached out to me. He scheduled a time for him to come meet with me and take another look over everything and make sure it was ready for his crew to come out and get the work done. During this time that I was meeting with Jackson, the easy breathe technician Dakota called him and said he was completed with his work for the day at which time Jackson had him come and install my easy breathe to ensure my air started getting freshened up right away.I had to wait about another week and a half for the work to start. The day before it started Jackson called me again to remind me that they would be coming, which is great because I had forgot that it was scheduled for that day. When the crew arrived on the first day, they came in a big dump truck. The foreman Mark met with me and talked about the best location to park the truck as well as the best place for all of the material.Mark and I sat down to do paperwork about the process of the job. By the time we finished the paperwork and going over everything, his crew of young Mexicans had nearly the entire outside of my house dug up. This was very surprising to me that they could accomplish this large amount of work in such a short period of time. By the end of the first day, the outside work was completed, and most of the debris was hauled out of my basement. By the end of the second day, my sump pumps were installed, and they were ready to start concrete on the third day. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves laying down the concrete and ensuring I understood everything and had all of the information I needed.The day after the work was completed, Jackson called me to ensure that I was satisfied with everything before he turned the paperwork into the bank. Not only did he call to ensure that I was satisfied which I was. He scheduled another date and time three weeks later to come back out himself and look over the work to make sure everything was still looking good.This experience for me was very smooth and without hiccups . Again, way over the top of what I was expecting. This means the world to me.These young men even took the time to bring my trash cans back up to the house for me.I cannot wait until my annual inspection to meet a new employee of Everdry.I’m so glad I chose Everdry and I can’t thank you enough for helping improve the quality of life that I am living in my own .

Xavier and Ralph are top notch Everdry guys! I definitely feel like these guys should be quality control specialists. Our production crew was shorthanded and missed a few things. But I can't say enough great things about these fellas and the integrity of doing it right with a high standard. I definitely feel like they understand the value of doing it right and not just fast. Thanks again fellas for your excellent finishing work.

0 stars. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Do not allow them to do a home visit and convince you they are the best. So far, my experience with them has been horrible. Every time it rains, my basement leaks, even in places they have had to come back and fix over and over. Now, my basement has water in 2 rooms that have never had leaks prior to their service. Yes; they offer a lifetime warranty, however, I’d rather not need to utilize the “free” service every time it rains. I’d rather you get it right the first time, and possibly a second. They will tell you that the first time they come might not fix all the issues due to the structure differences of each house, so therefore they might have to come back out to fix the gaps… This is understandable, however, this has become an ongoing issue that doesn’t stop. I’ve had this service one year and they have had to come back out numerous of times to fix a leak. (At least 8 times if not more). Not to mention, the first time they finished the job, the work was messy, unprofessional, and the white backing wasn’t even tucked in the wall in some places. Work looked very rushed. After that, we’ve had to call non stop. The sump pump wasn’t even leveled to the ground and was raised, instead of flushed so the water could drop down into it. Instead, the water was sitting around it. I could go and on, and I have so many pictures and videos of everything as well. Save yourself the headache and please do not go with this company. Do not allow them to bully you. The phones are some of where the work appeared rushed, messy, and the white backing wasn’t tucked in. This is how they left it. Have had to call them back out for this issue multiple times on top of the leaks that keep happening.

We had Ever-Dry come to our home for an inspection. We were aware of some issues so the inspection was just to confirm our thoughts and fears. Due to a poorly installed French Drain system that was NOT connected to a sump pump, there was always water in the “open to air” trench that was not draining and just left to pool and evaporate. We had cracks in our basement walls, it always smelled musty and an area on the basement floor that was elevated due to the poor attempt at water management. All the issues were due to poorly thought-out attempts to mitigate the constant flow of ground water. Most of the damage had been done before we took ownership.Marco and his crew were very professional and very well organized. They got the job completed. Although, it took longer than most of their jobs due to some unexpected issues that were not the fault of Ever-Dry. Regardless, between Marco, his crew and the local plumber, our issues were addressed as quickly as they could have been and our basement was completed in just about 10 days. Our cracks in the foundation were filled, the weird area of the floor that was elevated was repaired and leveled out. The new corrugated water pipe was buried and covered with gravel then cemented over and the water now drains into a sump pump and the floor looks great!The only complaints are related to the “fit and finish” of the project. The 48 x 96 plastic wall panels don’t seem to be as firmly secured on/to the walls as they could be and the bottom edge panel/sheet could have been better attached to the wall with a less “wavey” appearance and would minimize the gapping between the floor panel and the wall, which is minimal.For the cost of Ever-Dry services, I think using a few more nails to attached those panels closer to the wall surface would be something that could be addressed. And the use of some silicon sealer to help hold the edge panels to the wall panels would make it look better. We plan on covering the panels anyway with wall board but in the meantime, it’s pretty apparent. The devil is in the details!That being said, I feel good giving a 9/10 rating and I would recommend Ever-Dry, Marco and his crew any time!
