Entrusted Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For Texans, protecting and maintaining a home or business from the unexpected—be it a massive storm, a burst pipe, or a sudden fire—requires having a reliable local partner. In the greater Houston area, especially around Conroe and Montgomery County, the name Entrusted stands out as a full-service General Contractor and Disaster Restoration specialist. They are a single point of contact designed to handle the entire lifecycle of property damage: from the moment the emergency strikes to the final nail of reconstruction.
Unlike firms that only manage one aspect of disaster cleanup, Entrusted’s business model is holistic. They combine the rapid response capabilities of a water and fire damage mitigation service with the long-term project management and construction expertise of a traditional general contractor. This comprehensive approach is essential in Texas, where moisture problems can quickly turn into mold issues, and fire damage requires meticulous cleaning before any structural rebuild can begin. Their goal is to simplify a complex, stressful process by offering all necessary services—including cleanup, drying, mold removal, full house repairs, and home remodeling—under one roof, aiming to restore your property to its original condition or better.
It is important to note that, as a prominent restoration company operating in the Texas market, Entrusted works extensively with insurance claims and is often listed as an "insurance preferred" contractor. While this can streamline the claims process for many local users, as with any major home repair project, Texans are encouraged to maintain open communication with the company and their insurance provider to ensure project expectations and quality standards are fully met. Their stated commitment is to provide thorough service, as highlighted by a Project Manager, Daniel Hutchins, who is praised for his professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Location and Accessibility
Entrusted is centrally located to serve the Conroe community and the broader Texas Gulf Coast region, ensuring quick mobilization when an emergency occurs. Being positioned in this area allows them to provide efficient service across Montgomery County, including The Woodlands and surrounding communities.
The company’s main office is located at:
10491 Fussel Rd, Conroe, TX 77385, USA.
The property demonstrates a commitment to client convenience and public access, as it features a Wheelchair accessible parking lot. This ensures that all community members are able to visit the office for consultations, project discussions, or to review materials, underscoring their dedication to serving all residents of the Texas region. The strategic location also enables their Emergency Response team to deploy quickly, a necessity when dealing with time-sensitive issues like Water Damage Mitigation and Fire Damage control.

Features / Highlights
Entrusted highlights several features that define their service delivery and position in the Texas general contracting and restoration market.
- Dual Expertise as General Contractor and Restorer: Their ability to manage both the initial Water Damage Mitigation and the final Reconstruction means property owners only deal with one company, simplifying project management after a disaster.
- 24/7 Emergency Services: Availability through an Emergency Line and rapid Emergency Response is crucial in the high-humidity Texas environment, minimizing damage and preventing issues like mold.
- Comprehensive Mold Services: They offer a full suite of services, including Mold Inspection, Mold Mitigation, and Mold Remediation, which are essential given the regional climate's propensity for mold growth.
- Thermal Imaging Technology: The use of this advanced technology helps in accurately identifying hidden moisture pockets within walls and structures, ensuring complete drying and proper Water Damage Mitigation.
- Insurance Claims Focus: As an insurance "preferred" contractor, they are experienced in working within the established frameworks of insurance companies, which can expedite the claims and repair process for many local clients.
- Project Management Commitment: A focus on customer satisfaction is evident in testimonials highlighting key personnel, such as Project Manager Daniel Hutchins, who is noted for his professional, calm demeanor and dedication to covering every aspect of the work.
- Inclusion and Accessibility: The provision of a Wheelchair accessible parking lot at their Conroe location shows consideration for all community members.
Contact Information
For residents and business owners in the Conroe and greater Houston area, contacting Entrusted for emergency service or a remodeling quote is simple using the following information:
Address: 10491 Fussel Rd, Conroe, TX 77385, USA
Phone: (832) 786-4623
Mobile Phone: +1 832-786-4623
When facing a property emergency like fire or flood damage, the best course of action is to utilize their dedicated emergency line (accessible via the main phone numbers) for the fastest possible response time.
What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Entrusted as your general contractor in the Texas region is particularly advantageous due to their specialized focus on disaster restoration. In Texas, where unexpected weather events and plumbing failures are common, having a contractor who can pivot from a rapid emergency response to a full-scale Home Remodeling project is a significant benefit.
Their strength lies in being a "one-stop shop" that eliminates the need to coordinate between a mitigation crew, a mold specialist, and a separate general builder. For many, this streamlined process, combined with their familiarity with insurance procedures, makes the chaotic period following property damage far more manageable. The ability to perform services ranging from Thermal Imaging for moisture detection to final Kitchen Renovation provides clients with a seamless path back to normalcy. Furthermore, having a dedicated project manager like Daniel Hutchins, who is publicly praised for his composure and commitment to seeing a project through, reinforces the idea that you are dealing with a company that values client relations and professional management.
However, it is vital for Texas homeowners to be informed consumers. Because they are often an "insurance preferred" contractor, customers should be proactive in ensuring the scope of work meets their quality expectations, not just the insurance company’s minimums. While the company offers a vast array of services, including mold remediation and reconstruction, the most satisfied customers are those who maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the process and advocate for the quality of repairs and materials they desire. Ultimately, Entrusted is a choice for efficiency, comprehensive service, and expertise in tackling the complex challenges of restoring a Texas property after damage has occurred.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I deleted my last review by accident. I’m going to try to do this with less emotion. I originally left a good review because the young men sent to my house were kind and asked me to do so while they were still in my home. (Which is why I assume you see so many good reviews using names)Entrusted is an insurance “preferred” contractor, and in my opinion they cut many corners to appease the insurance companies. We had water damage, we called Entrusted. They set up their machines to dry out. Mold did form behind our cabinets, they were just going to spray it down and leave it, we requested they remove it since I’m allergic. They did remove it but used no isolation. We were told they would send it out for testing but when we inquired about that a few weeks later we were told they don’t offer that service. I don’t believe the moister in our home was completely mitigated because there is now a strong musty smell. Our insurance company has sent Entusted back out to get estimates for them a few times. The last time I asked about the smell and why the mold wasn’t sent off for testing. I was told because they aren’t a mold company and that we should definitely call one. (their website says they are, and the whole point in calling them out quickly was so we wouldn’t have a mold or moister problem ). My daughter is now having an allergic reaction in our home. They are telling the insurance company our cabinets can be rebuilt, by gluing, puttying, sanding and staining but every contractor we speak to is saying this will look horrible and not last long term. Plus, they didn’t label any of the cabinets or drawers coming out and damaged the fronts taking them out. They say there is no damage to our tile, 4-5 other professionals say there is. They stored all the construction materials in our breakfast room, and stacked our things in our dinning room. They literally just carelessly stacked our kitchen in the corner. When I mentioned this all they said is “we asked where to store it”, idk where in someone’s home would be a good place. It’s not safe with kids and dogs running around. They need a better system for that.Their assessment of damage differs greatly from every other contractor, and professional we have had out, and leaves out or patches much damage.I hope we never have to go through this again, but if we do we won’t use Entrusted or any other insurance preferred contractor. I feel like they have contributed to this dragging out with my insurance for two months, I feel like many corners have been cut, and some things done very carelessly.

Apr 08, 2025 · Barbara Matranga⭐UPDATED REVIEW: The Truth About Entrusted⭐Before I begin, I want to be transparent. Less than a month ago, I left a glowing review about Entrusted, even mentioning names and praising them for their professionalism. But the truth is: I felt pressured to do so. Every time someone came to my house, they asked me to leave a review. Out of politeness and the hope that everything would go smoothly, I did. But they didn’t deserve that review. That review did not reflect the reality of my experience. I’ve deleted it—and now I’m sharing the truth. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences we’ve had with a contractor. If I could give zero stars, I would.Entrusted came to our home after a water damage issue. They removed our kitchen and brought in more than six fans to dry a very small space, which felt excessive and unnecessary. The wood in our kitchen was already moisture-treated, and yet they insisted on an exaggerated drying process. Later, I discovered they tried to bill my insurance $23,000—and here’s the shocking part: for a kitchen where NOTHING would have been new. The same cabinets, the same granite, the same doors—just reinstalled. $23,000 for used materials and no upgrades. From the beginning, every single person who entered my home repeated the same scripted lines:• “You have the best insurance.”• “We’re here to help.”• “We are a Christian-based company that puts families first.”At first, I believed them. But quickly I realized it was just pressure tactics. Their focus was never on service—it was on money. They wanted the mitigation check, they kept asking about my insurance, and they even pushed me to pay a deductible before anything was finalized. The most alarming part: had I not personally called my insurance company behind their back, I would have been stuck with a $23,000 debt. My deductible would have never covered that. My insurer confirmed they had only approved the mitigation (the very first step in the process)—NOT the inflated reconstruction Entrusted was pushing. Entrusted kept chasing me for that mitigation check, because that’s all they stood to gain.We are a big family with small children. Entrusted even suggested storing the torn-out kitchen in our living room—completely unsafe. Only after insisting did they move it to the garage. The workers sent looked inexperienced, and when I raised concerns, I was met with emotional manipulation, not solutions. In the end, I canceled with them. And thank God I did. Nearly two months were wasted, with poor communication, financial games, and manipulation. What hurts most is realizing they tried to take advantage of our vulnerability and our insurance.⚠️ To anyone reading this: Do not let contractors handle everything with your insurance. Call your insurance company directly. Entrusted promised honesty and care, but what I experienced was pressure, manipulation, inflated costs, and empty promises. ⚠️They call themselves Entrusted—but in reality, it should be Don’t Trust Them.
Sep 04, 2025 · G GI spoke with Nico Gomez regarding removing the Sheetrock from my bathroom ceiling as well as my bedroom ceiling due to water damage and possible mold. He assured me they would come out and perform mold test and they could provide me with copies to keep for my records . He assured me they would put my ceiling back in place and finish with the original painting etc. I agree. The cost is around 2k. This ninja tells me today the price doesn’t include restoring my ceiling or painting. I told him that is not what we discussed. I refused to sign anything saying they completed the job because the job is not completed. I have no documentation stating any mold test were completed. I have two holes in my ceiling held closed with plastic. I don’t know what kind of game these people are running, but my experience is by far worst than any of the reviews I’m seeing. This is unacceptable, and I am requesting a manager!!! I will never use this company again!!! Total rip off!!!!
May 30, 2025 · Chef TDurrand, Aidan, Jordan and Gordon were the best team to work with!! I am only one month postpartum, which is stressful enough with having to deal with all of the unexpected damages and construction.. but they made it very smooth and less stressful for me. They always called every day with updates and what the next step will be. I would recommend them to anyone.!
