The insurance contractor came to do the floor in our marina house.He did an excellent job installing the vinyl flooring super clean, no gaps.He even went out of his way to purchase and install ceiling lights in a few of the other rooms.He stayed later then we expected and finished everything to perfection. Even touching up the base boards.Highly recommend these guys!

Eric and his team were amazing! They showed up on time, explained everything they were doing in detail so I was aware. They were detailed in their preparation, demo and cleanup! Answered any questions I had and were very professional. Cody the project manager and Francisco were amazing, they ensured the drywall, painters and roofing teams were on time and expedited the process! Overall great work and seamless coordination! Spending hours at the ER worried about my spouse’s prognosis, the thought of doing a massive clean up was overwhelming!!!! Michael sent Fernando and Omar. Everyone from DKI was phenomenal! John, Dani, Adan, Chella and Kurt, were courteous, helpful, and friendly. Eric was so helpful when it came to scheduling & answering my questions. They communicated often letting me know their plans, asking questions as they went through the packing process. They were all extremely careful when packing our belongings, wrapping items and furniture to protect it all from damage. They were very diligent in cataloging each item, the box it was in and which room it belonged to. Through all of the things we had to deal with getting our home repaired my dealings with DKI were by far the smoothest part of all.
