CRDN positions itself as a specialized content restoration solution, offering services that go beyond basic cleanup to focus on the meticulous salvage of valuable and sentimental items. However, as with any major service provider, particularly in the high-stress environment of disaster recovery, prospective customers should perform due diligence. Public feedback is an essential part of this process. Some past customers have reported significant dissatisfaction regarding the handling of their items, including claims of items being ruined by cleaning chemicals, lost, or damaged, even after being initially assessed as salvageable. For instance, reports of a high number of items being damaged, missing, or broken upon return, not matching the initial non-salvageable list, and issues with mold or fabric damage have been raised by customers. These accounts highlight the importance of thorough initial documentation, clear communication throughout the restoration process, and ensuring a comprehensive, agreed-upon inventory and non-salvageable list is in place with the owner, the contractor, and the insurance company before contents are removed.
Choosing CRDN means opting for a company with specialized tools and a wide range of services designed for complex content restoration. Virginia homeowners and businesses should balance this specialized capacity with an emphasis on rigorous communication, detailed documentation, and accountability from the local team to ensure a successful and satisfactory recovery of their valued possessions.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had a house fire back in December 2021 and we use CRDN to take all our clothes, textiles, electronics. We received the invoice pretty quickly with about 20 items being non-salvageable. When we received our stuff, over 100 items were ruined, missing or broken. Those items were not on their original non-salvageable list. We contacted the owner, Rick and he came up with excuses on why those items were damaged. He then created a second non-salvageable list. Several items are moldy, fabric ruined by their chemicals or machines. I would not recommend them at all. They say they can clean anything and even referenced high dollar items. Well they ruined about $9000 of our stuff and they aren't trying to take responsibility.
Sep 20, 2022 · Rich & Robyn CollinsOur apartment building caught on fire and CRDN was supposed to take all of of clothes, textiles and electronics, clean them then return them. Not only did they not clean everything, the lost a good amount of our things. They also had other people’s belongings mixed in (which they told us to throw away if we didn’t want). They damaged our LED television screen by not handling it properly. I am very unhappy with their service and would NOT recommend.
