★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cant say enough good things about this company. Daniel H was wonderful. He communicated great and was very prompt. He told us the plan and had Jeremy out here the next day to do the work. Jeremy was also great. We had water in our crawlspace of our new home. Daniel found our water heater wasnt drained properly and also put in a dehumidifier for us. We had so much water and its only been a few days and almost all of the water is gone! I am so glad i found them. They all made me feel at ease & were super knowledgeable.
Jul 22, 2025 · Brittany BessireDaniel and his team were just fantastic to work with. When we bought our house we needed to have the crawlspace treated for mold and the vapor barrier replaced. They gave us a very honest and fair quote for the work and did a wonderful job. What I appreciated most was during the initial estimate, they gave us an optional price for adding encapsulation and a dehumidifier, but they suggested that we wait to see if it was necessary rather than just trying to upsell us.After a few months it was clear that even with the new vapor barrier a dehumidifier was required and they came back and installed one for us.Would highly recommend this crew for any crawlspace work, they did an awesome job.
Jul 13, 2025 · Zach McCoyDaniel was great at communicating when he would arrive. He was respectful, listened to our concerns and inspected our Crawlspace. He was courteous, didn’t use any pressure or sales tactics. He simply showed what was concerning, gave his best opinion on what we actually needed. Since he is salaried, he only recommended what he thought would help us instead of what would get him a bigger commission. Frontier and other Crawlspace companies inspectors were nice, but they wanted to sell us a Cadillac when we only needed a daily driver. We will definitely use him and recommend him to anyone else that has issues with wet crawlspace issues.
May 05, 2025 · Michael BairdDaniel from Crawlspace Medic provided a thorough assessment of my Crawlspace that included pics and video. He reviewed with me the recommended services and provided a detailed and competitive quote. The installers arrived promptly and called prior to arrival. Performed the install, provided pics of the job and cleaned up. I’d highly recommend Daniel for this services. He’s timely and professional.
Oct 01, 2024 · Chris PerkinsOur crawlspace started to grow mold quickly and needed encapsulation. Our crawlspace is also very small. Crawlspace medic came in got rid of all the mold and did a great encapsulation. It rained when they were here and quite amazed that they didn’t get any mud on the white vapor barrier. Great group of guys who did great work! Totally would recommended them.
