Certified Drycleaning Network Introduce
When a disaster strikes a home or business in New Hampshire—be it a fire, a flooded basement, or severe storm damage—the emotional toll is often compounded by the fear of losing cherished and essential belongings. The Certified Drycleaning Network, locally known as CRDN, of Greater New Hampshire, steps in as a critical partner during these moments. While the name suggests traditional dry cleaning, CRDN is, first and foremost, a specialized contents and disaster restoration expert. They are the professionals you call after the immediate danger has passed, working diligently to salvage and restore personal items that many assume are a total loss. Serving the communities of Greater New Hampshire, this local establishment focuses on bringing a sense of normalcy and preserving irreplaceable possessions for families and businesses recovering from the unexpected.
CRDN's core mission is to restore, not replace. This approach offers significant benefits to policyholders and insurance companies alike. For New Hampshire residents, it means having a dedicated team ready to meticulously clean, deodorize, and restore items like clothing, household textiles, electronics, and other valuable contents damaged by soot, smoke, water, and mold. They are an integrated part of the larger emergency response and insurance claim process, providing peace of mind and reducing the overall cost and environmental impact of a disaster. By operating locally from their Nashua base, CRDN of Greater New Hampshire is positioned to provide timely and compassionate service to those who need it most across the region.
CRDN of Greater New Hampshire maintains a professional presence in Nashua, strategically located to serve the surrounding communities and the broader region. Their physical location is essential for coordinating the intake, cleaning, restoration, and eventual return of salvaged contents. The address, 4 Townsend W, Nashua, NH 03063, USA, places them in a position that allows for effective mobilization when emergency services are needed across the Greater New Hampshire area.
Accessibility at the facility is a key consideration for clients who may need to visit the office during the stressful period following a loss. In keeping with a commitment to serving all members of the community, the Nashua location offers features designed to ensure ease of access for everyone. This includes a wheelchair accessible entrance and a dedicated wheelchair accessible parking lot. These features are vital for clients, including those with temporary or permanent mobility challenges, ensuring a smoother experience when dealing with the logistics of contents restoration after a major property event. While their service is often mobile—involving on-site emergency packing and off-site restoration—the easily accessible office remains a crucial contact point for administrative, consultation, and inventory purposes.
CRDN of Greater New Hampshire specializes in services that go far beyond standard dry cleaning. They are a crucial component of the disaster recovery process, focusing on the content inside a damaged property. Their professional, specialized services are designed to bring damaged items back to their pre-loss condition, whether the damage is caused by fire, smoke, water, or a storm.

For local New Hampshire users, these highlights represent crucial benefits during a difficult time.
- Insurance Claims Expertise: The company works closely with insurance adjusters and is a recognized partner in the claims process, helping to streamline documentation and expedite content recovery.
- Focus on Contents Restoration: Unlike general cleaning or restoration companies that focus solely on structure, CRDN's primary focus is on meticulously restoring personal belongings, which is often the most emotionally significant part of recovery for a family.
- Accessibility Commitment: The facility features a wheelchair accessible entrance and a wheelchair accessible parking lot, demonstrating a commitment to serving all community members effectively, regardless of mobility.
- Textile Restoration Pioneer: As part of the national Certified Drycleaning Network, they utilize specialized processes and technology developed specifically for restoring fabrics and textiles damaged by fire, smoke, and water, offering results often superior to standard dry cleaning.
- Electronic and Non-Textile Restoration: The capability to restore complex items like electronics, which are often sensitive to smoke and water damage, adds immense value and is a feature many general restoration services cannot offer.
- Customer Service Recovery Example: In one instance, a review noted that when a communication error led to a service being performed despite the client declining the work for budgetary reasons, the owner, Brian, gifted the nearly $4000 worth of cleaning services. This singular act, while not standard operating procedure, underscores a capacity for empathy and professional accountability when mistakes occur, proving they value customer relationships.
For New Hampshire residents facing a property loss, having direct and reliable contact information for the contents restoration team is essential for starting the recovery process immediately.

For any homeowner or business in the New Hampshire region who has experienced property damage, choosing the right content restoration service is a pivotal decision. CRDN of Greater New Hampshire offers a unique proposition that goes beyond a standard dry cleaning or cleaning service. What makes them an invaluable partner during disaster recovery is their hyper-specialization in contents, a service area often overlooked by structural-focused restoration companies.
The value they bring is rooted in their ability to save items that a less-specialized company would deem "total loss." For example, their textile restoration process is advanced, designed to remove difficult smoke odors and soot from clothing and household fabrics. This capability reduces the emotional strain of losing treasured items and substantially lowers replacement costs for the policyholder and their insurer. Their electronic restoration service further solidifies their expertise, offering a lifeline for modern essentials like computers and entertainment systems damaged by corrosive smoke or water.
Furthermore, while some customer feedback indicates challenges with scheduling and coordination—a common issue in the complex world of insurance-driven restoration—the positive testimonial highlights a commitment to fairness and high-level problem-solving. A company that is willing to fully absorb a multi-thousand-dollar cleaning mistake, as the owner reportedly did, demonstrates a significant focus on customer care and accountability that New Hampshire clients can appreciate. In a stressful, post-disaster environment, a partner that prioritizes salvaging your personal history and displays ethical problem-solving is exceptionally worth choosing. By selecting CRDN of Greater New Hampshire, local residents are opting for a dedicated expert who is ready to restore more than just belongings—they help restore peace of mind.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The company is very pushy. Showed up at the wrong time. Added unplanned work for days they were scheduled to be there dragging things out. Returned "cleaned" items completely disassembled. Never let your insurance company hire this company.
Aug 21, 2025 · josh fitzWhen my father’s condo suffered water damage from a burst pipe, he brought his textiles to CRDN of Greater New Hampshire for a quote on cleaning. He then decided not to have the company do the work simply because it was outside of the budget he had set for cleaning. When a miscommunication occurred at the office and the staff cleaned his items even though he had declined their services, the owner Brian gifted the cleaning services because the mistake was his. That was almost $4000 worth of cleaning for free! Needless to say my family is grateful for the kind gesture, and would absolutely recommend CRDN to anyone else looking for cleaning services.
Mar 11, 2023 · Jaclyn PetulloWhat can I say other than this company is full of liars and scammers. On Nov. 19th CRDN came and took our textiles for smoke damage. The following week they had their own fire (due to arson). We were told none of our items were damaged what-so-ever. After weeks of being non-communicative, we had to battle to get our stuff back. We finally received back our things, but they were DIRTIER and SMOKIER then before, with random holes and stains. More importantly, we were missing over $18k in items (many of which they DID NOT PUT ON THEIR INVENTORY LIST). I am under the belief that these (suddenly missing) items were stolen, as they were the most expensive things we own and many were brand new with-tags. However, after voicing this concern they refused to addressed it. Did they pay us for these items? Sure. But it was NOT the full amount, we had to kick and scream for it, and it wasn’t until Jan. 30th that we were able to put this behind us.Well, not really considering we had to bring everything we did received back from CRDN to a REAL restoration company who is actually going to clean our items properly. Thanks for doing absolutely nothing but wasting our time for 3 months.Do not use this company. Ever.
