I have more issues than when I initiated my original claim. The project manager assigned to my claim lacks accountability in the errors that he made, his communication is poor, and does not have any integrity. I don’t know if its because I am a woman, he is taking advantage that I may not be knowledgeable about what’s happening and therefore tries to point blame or if he is just flat out lazy and does not want to do the work the right way. In any event, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and wish I had the opportunity to select a different company to complete this job. I will be writing a formal letter of complaint to the corporate office.

Josh especially he went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure this project met his standards. I’ll try and make the rest as short as I can. My wife and I bought a vacation home in Bradenton Flordia March of 2022. in December of 22’ a pipe busted in the foundation, since we live 1,400 miles north we had no clue until my brother and his family went to enjoy for a couple weeks only to show up to a flooded house with mold in 3 of the rooms 4’ up the walls. From the moment I filed claim with my insurance these guys took action and finish my house by the end of February to ensure it was ready and safe for the renters we will have in it. I can’t speak for the rest of the country where BMSCAT is located, but if those teams are anything like Josh and his I wouldn’t look any farther. If I were Josh’s manager I’d give him a raise or something to remind him how valuable he is. Trust me I run a multi million dollar asphalt business in northwest NJ and If I had a Forman like him I’d make sure he was taken care of.Good luck to all of you and be safe.Thank you all,Alfred Noce

I know the insurance requested more requirement to complete it, but seems these guys are not willing to continue and are not responsive at all.They also told me my work won’t be possible to be done and when I went to the county and the city to do my research, I got a completely different answer. Seems they are lazy and don’t want to research further, plus they don’t believe me, and I am not sure if it is because I am woman, Latina or both…. I hope the experience I have had with them change. The only thing I want is to have a better communication and get my job finished.

They pulled us aside and told us they would take care of us. Looking back, this was our most vulnerable moment and they took advantage of us. We had no idea what we were doing and they made promises they could not keep. They promised they would log all the things in our home and send the information to our insurance. They missed SEVERAL things. They over charged us for everything and used the trauma of the fire to swindle us out of money. They did not explain the price or the process of everything. They billed us for work they did not do. They charged us for storage and packed one bowl in a huge box. They aren’t doing business with the customer in mind. They were impossible to get a hold of after they had all our belongings in storage. They seemed annoyed with our questions and did not seem to have our best interest in mind. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
