When you need a trusted, local expert in concrete foundation repair and basement waterproofing, the name that consistently rises to the top across the Bay State is Attack A Crack.
Specializing in keeping Massachusetts basements dry and foundations sound, Attack A Crack has established a strong reputation for effective, long-lasting repair solutions. With a focus on advanced crack injection techniques and a commitment to customer service, they’ve become the go-to specialist for homeowners looking to protect their most valuable asset. The team brings decades of combined experience, providing peace of mind to countless residents throughout the greater Boston area and beyond.
Location and Accessibility
Attack A Crack operates its Massachusetts branch out of a primary location in Quincy, MA, making them ideally situated to serve the greater Boston area, the South Shore, and much of New England. Their strategic location allows their team to provide fast, reliable service to communities that often deal with foundation issues caused by the region's diverse soil conditions and variable climate.
The local office is found at:
31 Perkins St, Quincy, MA 02169, USA
While the nature of their work is primarily conducted on-site at your home or business, the Quincy location serves as a central hub for operations. For customers planning to visit, the location features a wheelchair accessible parking lot. However, in a display of modern convenience, Attack A Crack strongly encourages homeowners to utilize their digital services, allowing you to get a free, quick estimate simply by texting photos of your foundation problem directly to their team. This streamlined process eliminates the need for an initial on-site visit for an estimate, getting you closer to a permanent solution faster. Their service area extends broadly, reaching homeowners within a considerable radius of Quincy, covering much of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and parts of Connecticut.
Services Offered
Attack A Crack focuses its expertise on core concrete and foundation issues, ensuring every repair is executed with specialized knowledge and precision. They do not attempt to be a general contractor, instead concentrating on a select range of high-impact services where they can guarantee superior results.
The primary services provided by their expert concrete and waterproofing specialists include:
- Concrete Foundation Repairs: Repairing foundation walls, stairwells, and support beams that have cracked due to settling, hydrostatic pressure, or other structural shifts.
- Foundation Crack Injection: Using specialized materials like urethane resin and epoxy injection to permanently seal and repair hairline fractures, settling cracks, and structural cracks, bonding the concrete back together.
- Basement Waterproofing: Comprehensive solutions to stop water and moisture seeping into your basement, ensuring a dry and healthy environment below grade.
- Leaky Bulkhead Repair: Specialized bulkhead waterproofing that involves removing old gaskets and injecting a sealing material between the foundation and the precast bulkhead for a guaranteed, lifelong seal.
- Utility Line Sealing: Sealing leaks where utility lines—including sewer lines, well lines, and conduit lines—penetrate the foundation wall, using durable urethane resin to fill the entire wall's thickness.
- Carbon Fiber Reinforcement: Applying carbon fiber stitches and straps for added structural reinforcement on more significant, horizontal, or structurally compromised cracks.
- Consultation and Free Estimates: Offering no-cost diagnosis and free estimates, often provided quickly via online or text message photo submission.
They are the experts you call when water is leaking, seeping, or coming through your foundation, pipe penetrations, or cellar door area. It is important to note what they do not offer: they specialize only in poured concrete foundations and do not work with stone or brick foundations. They also do not install lally columns, sump pumps, French drains, or perform floor resurfacing or large-scale excavation work, choosing instead to focus on efficient, high-quality crack repair and injection.
Features and Highlights
Choosing a contractor for foundation work in Massachusetts is a critical decision. Attack A Crack has differentiated itself in the market through several compelling features centered around convenience, expertise, and long-term security:
- Lifetime Transferable Guarantee: A cornerstone of their service is the confidence in their work, backed by a transferable lifetime guarantee on all repairs. This not only covers the repair for as long as you own your home but can be passed to the next owner, adding value to your property.
- Rapid Quote System: Homeowners can get a quote quickly—often within 15 minutes—by simply texting photos of the foundation issue to the Massachusetts contact number. This rapid, online estimates process is a significant time-saver, preventing costly delays.
- Specialized Injection Techniques: They use high-quality, durable materials like urethane resin injection and epoxy resin injection which penetrate the crack from the inside out, creating a permanent, watertight seal that restores the structural integrity of the wall.
- Focus on Clean Workmanship: Unlike some competitors, the Attack A Crack team takes pride in leaving a cleaner, better-looking repair. They ensure finished jobs have clean lines and a smooth surface, avoiding the typical unsightly plastic ports and splotchy patch jobs.
- Experienced and Professional Local Team: The Massachusetts operations are helmed by experienced partners and technicians, including Matt Davis (Managing Partner) and technician Mike Harrington, who are frequently highlighted in customer reviews for their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. Matt's honest opinions and Mike's commitment to leaving the work area cleaner than he found it are noted by many satisfied customers.
- Prompt Service Scheduling: Due to their specialization and efficient process, they often have incredibly fast response times, allowing them to schedule and perform crack foundation repairs within a few days, getting you to a dry basement sooner.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cannot be more thankful for Matt’s thorough and honest opinion regarding my specific stone wall and water issues. He made no promises that he could not keep, was incredibly fair in his pricing, and scheduled the work to be done quickly. And I wanted to add a special thanks also to Mike, who came to my house to do the work on multiple occasions. He was incredibly professional and always left the work area cleaner than it actually was before he started. After multiple companies trying to fix my specific issue over the past 1.5 years, the team at Attack a Crack came in and solved the problem. I unreservedly recommend this company, and Matt and Mike, for the work that you need done.
Apr 02, 2025 · Kristen DonadioHighly recommended!!! Extremely professional and quick and attentive with any questions. Justin came to do the repair. Very friendly and efficient. Never fun when you have a crack in the foundation in your house. But nice to know this team can “settle” it ☺️
Mar 28, 2025 · RENE HATLELIDAfter looking around for so long I decided to go with Attack A Crack I set an appointment with Matt and he explained everything perfectly & then Mike came to do the job, he did such a great job even came earlier than expected. Jun 23, 2025 · nat batistaI enjoyed working with Attack A Crack (Mike and Matt) on my basement foundation crack sealing project and would hire them again if I ever have a new project.Since my work was more proactive in nature rather than dealing with an active leak that needed immediate attention, it's unlikely that I will ever know whether this investment was worth it (vs. someone who has an active foundation leak who has no choice but to deal with it). It's tough to compare their price to some others since everyone wanted to do different things (i.e. some were going to inject in to each hairline crack whereas Attack A Crack didn't feel some would benefit from injection due to being too tiny, some preferred epoxy and others preferred poly, both having pros and cons, and Attack A Crack adds a cosmetic / additional rubber seal layer on top which some of their competitors don't bother to do). Some of the other competitors prices for the amount of cracks I had would have made my many additional cracks less money and some had the same price for poly vs. epoxy. In the end, I chose to go with epoxy vs. poly for a few spots (this was my decision to add on this cost, not something Attack A Crack tried to get me to pay more for) and add on one more location, but since one or two of the cracks were tiny, they also ended up adjusting the total cost to help, so in the end, it was a probably a wash.In summary, I would say that prior to add ons (my choice), the cost was pretty similar to competitors, whereas Attack A Crack spent more time on a final presentation layer, at least one competitor claimed some of my minuscule hairline cracks could have benefit from epoxy. I have no idea which company was right. The experience with Attack A Crack (Mike/Matt) was positive from start to finish.
Aug 21, 2025 · Pete DavisI contacted Attack A Crack after receiving several estimates to correct an issue with my front porch. The estimates ranged from $2k to $6k. Attach A Crack came in with a much lower estimate and corrected the problem. When it comes to cement, they are the experts. So glad I found them in my search. Mike was sent out to do the job and I couldn't be happier with the results as well as his professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend using Attach A Crack!
