May 27, 2025 · Kierra HarrisProject Manager Keith Kay was always in touch with us when needed (very fast response time) and did a good job managing the project. Cody, Augustine, and Danny did a good job and worked hard to complete the repairs needed to our house.
Aug 11, 2025 · Daniel T.I wouldn't choose to hire Midpoint again if they paid me to work on my home. Absolutely horrendous, shotty, corner cutting jobs on every aspect of the repairs, service, etc. Numerous reasons and photographs to follow this review. I was waiting to write a review until the work was completed but it's just gotten ridiculous and I want to prevent future customers from making the mistake of hiring Midpoint.June 25th, 2023 a tree fell through my roof, here we are over a year later and work is still not complete. I understand with this being an insurance job, things drag on a little longer but insurance has been quite responsive and Midpoint has been garbage. When I first contacted midpoint, as they were referred for their work, I had high hopes. They showed up for their estimate, seemed promising discussing the work they would be doing, and then things went downhill very fast. Over 1 year of this and I still have yet to even meet the project manager assigned. Only text messages here and there and most times the workers no-show when the project manager says they will be arriving and show up days or even weeks later.Despite taking their sweet time in completing any projects, the work conducted is very shotty and corners are cut everywhere. See the pictures for yourself and avoid hiring this company at all costs.First things first, the roofers came out and did their work only to have a leak due to improper flashing. I notified the project manager on January 25th when the leak was discovered. The repair was done to the roof January 26th. The leak in the drywall pictured was not repaired until April after no-showing in February. The wet drywall/insulation sat for months. Then the painters did a terrible job, and got paint splatters all over my adjacent walls, in a rush with shotty work. The drywallers were going to drywall over my wall without placing any sheathing in between the brick and insulation/drywall had I not oberserved their work and brought it up.The brick mason utilized a tarp instead of housewrap vapor-barrier in between the brick and the plywood sheathing. Not just any tarp, but a tarp that belonged to me despite being to the jobsite the day prior and knowing what materials were required for the job. When I brought this up to the Project manager, he said it's just "a subsitute". He has no idea what was happening, and it's likely because he'd never been out to the job site to even understand what was being done. For my deck, there was cracked 2x10 support joists which Midpoint employees just sister-ed together instead of replacing the broken boards. Another shortcut with total disregard to workmanship. When I inquired what the hold up with the whole process is, I get told it's insurances problem but when I contact insurance they say they never receive any communication from anyone at Midpoint. It's a lot of he said, she said. I've asked due to the amount of damage, where are the building permits/inspections, etc. Midpoint said this level of work didn't need one, however, I emailed the inspector myself and they stated there should've definitely been inspections conducted.See all the photographs attached to this review for yourself to guide your decision making, however, I highly advise you just avoid this entire company based on these experiences. Like I said, they couldn't PAY ME to conduct work on my home in the future. I'm just ready to have everything complete and get this all over with. I'm not sure how they can pride themselves in such lazy, corner cutting craftsmanship.
Dec 18, 2024 · Dominic KrylaMike, the project manager, was so great to work with! From start to finish he kept us informed regarding the progress to repair water damage to our guest bathroom. Because our bathroom was also in need of a makeover, we purchased a new vanity and other items to replace the outdated ones we had.Kola, the installer was a pleasure to work with as well, he kept the worksite clean and did a great job on all the finishing work. Thank you both so much! Best contractors we’ve ever worked with!
