I explained my concerns and he gave me feedback of what would be best to help fix my foundation issues and also explained my options so I can see what works best for me. he offer me a great price. I appreciated his honesty, and him taking the time to explain the work needed. They also honored the warranty. As to the whole crew they were all amazing super respectful, and friendly they did an amazing job. They did the work in one day, which I was honestly impressed since my home needed a-lot of repairs. I noticed The lead was very concerned about my home staying in its best shape as they worked in lifting the home, that alone made me have major respect for him and made me trust him in doing a great job. After the work was done he took the time to explain my concerns and gave me recommendations on repairs. The workers did an amazing job in covering and patching the area. They left everything clean once the project was done. They even came back the next day to clean again, they even aligned my door. The 2 guys fixing the door went above and beyond, they asked if I needed anything else cleaned or If I felt I needed something else adjusted, they were super friendly and helpful. An amazing experience! Thank you Jabriska, Pete and the entire Allied Foundation crew for helping us close the final chapter of the chaos left by Hurricane Harvey. It was such a relief to see everything come together so smoothly. Jabriska, Pete and all the Allied Foundation representatives are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, organized, hardworking, thorough, and most importantly, kept us well-informed throughout the entire elevation process. We had Luis C come out for the estimate. He wrote up a quote and there were several tiers of payment options based on starting immediately, vs waiting 30 or more days out. Also tunneling vs digging through the interior of the home. The difference in cost was significant to not do tunneling, so that’s the route we chose. They showed up on time with 3 big box trucks and about 15 guys. They wasted no time digging and setting the pilings and piers. Once the outside holes were dug, the crews moved to their locations and were either manning sump pumps or dirt removal from house to yard. For protection, they put blue tarps duct taped down and cut the areas out where they would be jack hammering. I was really impressed with how the teams were assigned different roles and everyone had a job to do. They were very efficient with their time. Was there dirt all over the house? Yes and no. The dirt was on the tarps. It came from the TWELVE holes they dug to set piers. The tarps covered all parts of the house where they were working. We moved as much furniture as we could into other parts of the house and we turned off the HVAC system. I recommend you do this for the dust. There will be dust. You are having the foundation done in your house. Plastic sheeting was hung elsewhere over the cabinets and counters, tv and book case. It’s been 4 days since they dug up my plants and removed them. I had some antique roses I knew I might lose. So far all but one has survived. I am pleased with that. The finished with the actual foundation work around 2-3 pm. The foreman on the job called me to say he was leaving and what progress had been made. The next day, they returned early. Before 7 am. They cleaned up and put cement in the holes. I was shocked at how clean the floors were in comparison to what I’d seen the day before. There was still dust, but let’s be honest, the space was clean. I did not have to sweep clumps of dirt out or wipe away mud. I was very satisfied with the clean up. Included are pictures of before and after. Allied has called me several times to check on things and make sure I was satisfied with the work through the process. They did use my hose for watering and clean up. They did not say they were going to; however I am okay with that. It seems only natural that they would need to use those things to be able to perform their work. It did not bother me. Job well done!

I was needing some foundation repairs on my house which had a previous life time warranty with another company. That company came out and quoted me and lets say I was sticker shocked by having already previous work done 15 years prior. The quote was for 20 new piers and releveling the existing piers. My next door neighbor said you should call Allied Foundation and I am glad I did. Allied Foundation installed 67 brand new piers, lifetime warranty, 100% transferable warranty and a lot less than the competitor. The other competitor wanted me to move out for a week or two while they work on the house. Allied was finished in 2 days and started immediately. I couldn't thank you guys enough for all your hard work and expertise on getting my house back level. Now that the foundation was leveled Allied detected I had some cracked pipes due to house settling before the level. I decided to rip the bandage off and re do the entire plumbing for the house to the main line. Allied showed up once again to the plate and scope cammed, and hydrostatic tested the lines to determine where the leaks were at no charge vs finding a plumber who wanted 500 bucks to just show up. They once again started the next following day installing over 375 ft of 3" and 4" lines and where completed in 3 days. All trenches and tunneling done in 1 day, lay pipe day 2 and backfill day 3. This is just a small glimpse into what Allied Foundation is capable of in a mere 5 days. David Foundation Superintendent, and Emmanuel Pipe Superintendent my hat comes off to you gentlemen and your crews and your hard work. These two crews have more than 40+ years of experience and it shows. I couldn't recommend Allied Foundation enough. Their team treats you like family and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are filled.I want to also thank everyone in the office as well for all the questions I asked and their patience with me.One last thing to mention and I am done ranting about how great Allied is lol. Don't forget these gentlemen do hard work in hard conditions. Help make their lives easier and get them water, Gatorade, cook them lunch. It all goes a long way!P.S. Every hole in and outside the house was patched and cleaned and was left as if they were never there. My back patio has red concrete dye in it and Emmanuel went to Home Depot to get red dye to mix with the concrete and matched it perfectly. Bravo Gentlemen Bravo!

From estimate to installation everything was great! The communication leading up to the job was responsive and all my questions were answered! The job was QUICK! 19 piers in 5 hours! I was amazed! Everything was left so clean - My bushes were moved back and I can’t even tell where the piers were dropped in the garden or sides of the house.
