We hired Mary and her team for mold remediation, and we couldn't be happier with the results.From the start, Mary was incredibly communicative and professional. She took the time to walk us through the entire process, explaining what caused the mold and how her team would fix it. During the job, they discovered a hidden crawl space with more mold that wasn't included in the initial quote. Despite this unexpected finding, Mary and her crew stayed late several nights to remediate the area at no extra cost.This level of integrity and dedication is hard to find these days. I found these folks via Google and I'm so glad I did. Mary, Victor and their team just finished a black mold remediation in our attic and a full HEPA cleaning in our unfinished business. They were professional at every step of the way, and it's clear Mary has built her company with customer service, honesty, and expertise at the core. Can't recommend them highly enough.I originally called to ask if they could do a mold inspection - she told me they could, but that they might be better suited for remediation and referred me to some other providers. In fact I had no idea how the process worked, and she graciously took time to explain it to me and answer questions. I knew then that I could trust them. Sure enough, once the inspection was done I called them back and I couldn't have been happier. I reached out to numerous companies in the area to get assessments and quotes. Of the 7 I contacted, only 3 got back to me. Of them, only Mary was consistent, quick, and informative.

Mary and her team did a fabulous job on our house! The remediation job was quite extensive. But, Mary's knowledgeable and caring personality helped us navigate a very difficult situation. After the job was complete, we hired a neutral third party to conduct a post remediation test. The company was so impressed with the quality of the work in our house, they wanted to know the name of the company that completed the work. Now, that says a lot! I highly recommend AirCare Environmental if you are looking for a high quality job done right!!!
