This is my second mold disaster handled by ADRI. This one was the repair of my cathedral ceiling over the combined kitchen, living room, dining room, rec area and stairwell. While the repair was going on I was still able to use the kitchen during the day and LR in the evenings. Piecemeal replacement, joint compounding and painting the equivalent of 3 4x8 sheets of wall board while balanced on ladders was not a simple task. Both workers were contienious and competent in their work, protection and cleanup. I was not an easy onlooker and it never bothered them nor did they complain about having to recover areas where I had uncovered my floors and rugs by dragging my feet. Very satisfied with the work and their approach. In case you were wondering, this was a two man job because there wouldn't be any room for more. Some stuff was moved and recovered a few times due space limitations in the house. My insurance company uses a third party to recommend repair companies. They recommended ADRI. Insurance covered all but my $500 deductsble.

Always the guys to call when you are in trouble or have a quick construction project that needs done with quality. Certainly not the cheapest, but you are not calling them for that -- nossir, you have Steven on speed-dial because you want to get it done right the first time. And yes -- they stand by their work, rest assured. I called Steven back out for this and that and he came back out, no questions asked, every time. They're one of the good ones.

After a house fire, Advanced Disaster Recovery handled multiple phases of our project to demo, clean, and rebuild our home (that last part still in progress). We have been extremely happy with ADR. We've worked closely with Justin and Gus (and now Christian) and I can't stress enough how fantastic they have been. They communicate well, explain everything (often many, many times), answer our questions tirelessly, and are super reliable. Clearly, they have tons of expertise and experience with all aspects of fire damage, repair, and rebuilding and their work in our house has been excellent. They're also good people. I wish we had never needed their help, but I'm grateful ADR was there for us. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Advanced Disaster Recovery was fantastic when we had water damage from a badly-installed shower. They dried out the ceilings, handled demolition for the entire shower stall, and put both the shower and the ceiling back together beautifully. Everyone was responsive and helpful, and they even handled everything with our insurance!

Had a roof repair, outside steps replaced, and some siding relaced. Also bathroom tiled replace had roof leak and mold not to mention hole in ceiling. Professional, understanding,and thorough. Cleaned everything when finished. Great experience with them would call them in the future.
