We had a basement space that needed to be cleared out, cleaned and sanitized. We were quoted $1200 for 4 hours of labor, trash removal and cleaning/disinfecting. The crew of 2 that were sent were kind and caring. However, they were here for only 55 minutes. They did remove the debris, but did not clean and sanitize. They did spray a disinfectant - and we were told not to go breathe it in for an hour or so. We were surprised when we did go into the space- to find a job not done to what we had originally agreed upon. The floor and walls were untouched, cobwebs were not removed and we even found a mouse that was not disposed of. We are highly dissatisfied and disappointed at how this is all being handled. We have been in touch with the owner and hopefully, he makes this right.

A-1 sent a team of 3 to my house for deep cleaning. They were here 27 hours meticulously cleaning. They carefully cleaned the detailed molding and baseboards throughout the house. They polished and treated the furniture, and made my 2 ovens look brand new. I recommend them highly and feel that they did an exceptional job at a reasonable price.Thank you A-1

We had all of the windows of our home/business cleaned by A-1 and I am so impressed. There is a noticeable difference and they look just great. Connie kept us in the loop as to when Ron and staff would be here. They were on time, neat and quick. I will definitely use them again.

A-1 was great to work with, they were quick to make an appointment, they were able to do the work within a reasonable amount of time and their work was great quality. They cleaned a wall to wall carpet in two rooms and were able to get out the ancient pet stains. I highly recommend A-1 and plan on using them again.
