I have seen the work of 911 Restoration of the East Valley on several occasions . They are definitely a top notch company. From management to the employees out in the field. You will not find a better company. From beginning to completion their emphasis is always on the customer, making sure everything is protected and restored back to original condition . Recommended by a co-worker. it started off smooth with a quick appointment but turned into micromanaging the dry out and re-build. Quote process was not efficient with my insurance company, completion date was pushed out multiple times, re-arranged our schedules to work from home, crew they hired did not clean up properly after each day and even the end result is not 100%. I just wanted to be done with them after they offered to "re-fix" the edges of the baseboard. Added to my stress to work with the "project manager" as I was the one trying to understand timing and who would be at the house. To top it off the owner contacted me without apologizing for the communication/quote errors and said that since this was such a small job, they "were not making any money off this." If it was such a small job, why did the completion date continually be pushed out? Nightmare.
