Aaron and Jack helped save my house. A huge oak tree fell through my house early in the morning on Memorial Day 2025. Over 7 inches of rain poured into my Master closet on all my clothes, my ceiling and walls and flooring. I had to flee my home that morning because the tree damaged the main electrical box in my home and power was still on in the home with no way of safely cutting power. Aaron came the next day once the home was safe to enter and determined to best course of action to get my home back. Jack brought in fans and a dehumidifier after business hours. They handled details with my insurance adjuster and were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

I recently had a water leak in my home and it flooded the entire downstairs of my house. I reached out to 1st Call to address this issue and they were very quick to respond. From the moment they arrived they took total control of the situation and explained everything to me in great detail. They immediately went to work with the Demo and the process to dehumidify the house and take care of the mold issue that they found. Tristin and John were the two professionals that took care of my situation and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. I’m very appreciative of the professionalism and the attention to detail that 1st Call and Tristin and John took with my situation.

1st Call Restoration is phenomenal!! Our fridge leaked and caused the need for water restoration in the walls and entire kitchen floor. They really did help restore my peace of mind because within a few hours of my initial phone call, everything was already drying out. The professionalism and integrity of everyone involved from intake phone call, tech, to managers is very apparent from the get go. Shout out!!! Due to heavy rains and a planter box on the front of my lake home that did not drain correctly water had penetrated the slab. I discovered this late one evening. I called 1st Call in Gun Barrell and spoke to Samantha who responded right away. Tristan came out and clearly explained what 1st Call could do. I needed them to start quickly and found their pricing reasonable. Tristan set up two dehumidifiers immediately. Then Tristan actually came back a day early to tear out the soaked and moldy stuff as he knew I had to leave town due to appointments so he went the extra mile for me. I am in the middle of dealing with my house flooding. 1st Call Restoration came to help within one hour of my phone call & started the water mitigation! They are about to start the rebuild. They are very knowledgeable & professional! But, the most important thing to me is they are very good at communicating & keeping me informed about when they will be here & what the next steps are in the process. Can’t stress enough how important that is to me. They hire good people! Everyone I have dealt with has been exemplary.
