I recently had a leak in the office of a commercial property I own, a friend who happened to be with me at the time recommended 1 Stop , within 30 min I had techs on-site the areas were exposed and the fans were going.What could have been a very expensive problem for me turned into a quickly managed inconvenience. I was stunned by the responsiveness and the quality of their service.They even had an adjuster available for me to speak with to assess whether or not I need to turn the issue into my insurance.Highly recommend they saved me time and money !!!

I discovered a cracked pipe in my basement and immediately called Tom at 1 Restoration, Tom returned my call promptly and was at my house by end of day to assess the situation. I needed a finance option and Tom was also able to help with that process as well. I’ve used his services in the past and he’s done a great job cleaning up the debris and water as well as using great mold prevention. The crew were friendly, thorough and very accommodating to help resolve the problems both times I’ve used their services.

We were very upset to come across mold in our basement and Tom came out to our house in1 hour or our initial phone call, made a plan and returned to our home two days later (Sunday) with Mike to begin work.They were able to quickly and efficiently resolve our problem. Their work ethic was very professional and they both were very happy to answer any questions we had and offered additional information when necessary. We would highly recommend 1 Stop Restoration.

They assisted us through this whole process from beginning to end.
